I must say, the mushrooms alone made the trip. Such a good app, I could have ended there. The potatoes had a funny taste and none of us could eat them. Everything else was great and enjoyed. The service on the other hand..... they forgot two of our apps, they never brought us the extra pita that the waiter TALKED... More

Had a fallefel sandwich and roasted potatoes last night- really good. Their salads are the BEST!!! So flavorful, healthy and large. Servers are bright young folks who look after you.

After fighting through LA traffic for a couple of hours, I was interested in food service and an adult beverage. Quickly seated and served. Alternated between the vegan burger with garlic fries and the beverage until I felt restored. Excellent food and service. Will return next time I'm in Pasadena.

While visiting family in Pasadena, we went to Old Town (I know “Old Pasadena”) intending to go to Umami Burger. However, a large group was there at the start of lunch, effectively taking up the service (they were short a server that day). So we decided to try Pita Jungle next door. Now, “Pita Jungle” is not really a name... More

Nice atmosphere, good food in the center of the live city. The few places on the patio are really nice for an evening dinner. Now is even "more" space as the previous armchairs and tables for 4 people changed to smaller tables and chairs for eight. The food is good, plenty of choices, affordable prices and good service. Give it... More

This place is pretty good and pretty reasonable for being on Colorado Blvd. happy hour from 5-7pm, 5 dollar well cocktails. They have really good hummus and a pretty big selection to choose from. My favorites are the hummus trio with chicken on the appetizer menu (comes with pitas so its easily a meal in itself), the lavosh pizza, and... More

Pita Jungle fills several gaps in Pasadena - light Med style middle eastern food, healthy eating, option to eat light, reasonable alcohol options and free refills on soda and ice tea. Mezze plates, fish sandwich (ala Istanbul but with a great spicey mayo) and salmon on a plank. Price is good. You can drop in for a light meal or... More

A name like Pita Jungle does not conjure images of bold, decadent dishes that trigger wide-eyed excitement and drooling, but it intrigued me enough to try it during a recent trip to Old Town Pasadena. Housed in a sleek but modest industrial-type space, this place immediately fit the bill of hip and healthy food for the young, eco- and organically... More

This place was pretty good. I got the mediterranean platter and polished it off.... The only thing I was not happy with was the Tabouleh. It was 95% parsley. Barely any bulgar wheat, onions or tomatoes. Fix the proportions a little please.

Try the humus with ahi tuna! The lemon chicken and the shrimps are very good. Also the brick oven bake pizza. This is a nice place to enjoy a good margarita with great Mediterranean tapas! Fruit salad recommended! See you soon Pitta jungle
