My husband and I dined at 1810 Argentinian Restaurant on June 12, 2014. We were told that they did not take reservations for parties of two and that dining at 8 p.m. on a Thursday night would not be a problem. We arrived shortly after 8 p.m. and were seated promptly. The restaurant was nicely decorated with exposed brick walls.... More

This is a great restaurant. The food was very authentic Argentinian and tasted great. They have a great wine selection as well. It feels like you are in Argentina in the restaurant and they have a great location in downtown Pasadena.

If in Pasadena and in the old part of town on Colorado, this restaurant definitely adds to the unique charm of the stretch in Pasadena. The restaurant does have an unique blend of Argentinean dishes prepared in the way one would expect for from that region. Both the fishes and the meats were prepared nicely and paired with the right... More

I came across this restaurant because I was looking for good steak houses in Pasadena, CA. There are, of course, many from which to choose from the elegant Royce at the Langham Hotel to more casual fare. I picked 1810 on a recommendation and gave it a try. It was delightful. The food is simple in its preparation but very... More

We were trying to decide what to have for an early dinner when we passed this place and realized that none of us had eaten Argentine food before. So glad we went in. Between us we had sangria, wine, kale Caesar salad, gnocchi, a pasta dish, and a chicken and mushroom dish. All were delicious, but I especially recommend the... More

Quaint place with wonderful food and great prices to go with it. Old town Pasadena serves as a nice backdrop for an evening out. I had the salmon mashed potatoes and grilled veggies with feta. Simply delish and my plate was completely empty at the end.

Had dinner here last night. The place was crowded and a bit lively despite the subdued lighting. So, this is not a place for quiet dinners. Made a reservation, but was till made to wait about 5-10 minutes. Ordered the set menu which came with appetizer (choice of empanada, rice croquette and Argentinean chorizo), entree (grilled steak skirt, salmon or... More

I am not a pro at authentic Argentinian food so I cannot speak on behalf of the authenticity BUT I do eat out often and what we had could have been served at an American joint as well and I wouldn't have been able to tell you the difference. That being said, what we ordered/ate was delicious! My boyfriend and... More
