Had lunch there last week. The physicality was clean, the wait staff was prompt and the food was GREAT. Will visit there the next time I'm in Pasadena for sure.

Loved the atmosphere and the service was very good. Interesting menu/tasty food. Be prepared to wait - maybe an hour - for dinner.

Don't understand how I keep forgetting doing a review for this place. It literally is always a solid, great meal. Everything I've ever tried is always delicious and perfectly prepared. Maybe I'm hesitant that if it gets any more popular, I won't be able to get a table same day anymore! Seriously, if enjoy meats, not a thick steak but... More

We just returned from Buenos Aires and decided to compare the authenticity of the cuisine. We enjoyed the Mossa red which was a blend of cab and Malbec. Our second bottle a Tilia Malbec was delicious and half the price. When we arrived at 6pm on a Saturday night and it was already noisey. There were some families with children... More

Malbec specializes in Argentinian dishes, and we were not disappointed. As it was New Year's Eve, we felt lucky to reserve a table, and were very pleased to be seated in the corner booth next to the street side windows, as the restaurant was totally booked and noisy and crowded except for the booths. We had truly superb service and... More

My husband and I had dinner here on New Year's day and it was amazing! The service was great and the food superb. Our waiter made a great wine recommendation and was appropriately attentive. If you like beef this restaurant is for you! They cook the steak over a wood fire and it was delicious!

My wife and I met up with family and friends here for our Christmas dinner. Only a couple of us have been there before. Everyone loved their food. I had the ribeye which was excellent. The server was nice enough to let me taste a few of their wines and we ended up buying a couple bottles of the Tilia... More

If you love beef, this is your place. If you like Churrasco, you will love it here, but I suggest ordering the one w/o sauce. The accompanying sides are excellent. They have a large wine list, incl. many malbecs, of course, and many are priced very fairly. They have valet pkg ($5.), which is a great help. They are quite... More

Every time I come to LA I visit this restaurant. I have found the food and the service to be fantastic. It is a little bit pricey but it is well worth it.

We were seated right away when we arrived on Friday for our 7pm reservation. Our waiter was a quirky fellow. Nice guy nonetheless. Made recommendations. (Suggested a wine which I did not like; tasted cheap.) Food: -Ordered the Entraña al Chimichurri. I am not a big beef fan in general, however those that I was dining with said it was... More
