Just back to Pasadena and only one place for best breakfast in town. I always have the toasted Ham & Cheese Croissant with Avocado.Great coffee and service as well.

A friend and I met here to have a quick bite and catch up. The seating outside was great, I preferred that to inside. The service was ok, I felt a bit rushed because it was later in the day and they seemed to be slow and closing a bit early. The food, we got avocado toast, was fresh and... More

We stumbled upon this restaurant in Pasadena last night and had a nice light supper and delicious pastries for dessert. We even bought some cookies to go. They have their own recipe book at the communal table too, that you can browse while waiting for your food. Unfortunately they were out of the steel cut oatmeal that I wanted to... More

The food is really good and fresh. The decor of the restaurant is very Country French which I liked a lot. The wait staff were very friendly and nice. They were good with our questions about certain choices. It was a little noisy inside, possibly due to all hard surfaces.

Just had a lunch today Sunday at this restaurant in Old Pasadena. The exact same fare as other outlets in SoCal and Europe for that matter. This is not a criticism but a complement....it is great to see that the highly successful formula has not been Americanised! Well done. My only criticism of this branch is that it was extremely... We visited this restaurant the day of the BCS National Championship and were pleased with the food and service. The menu is diverse and the food quality is excellent. We had good service even though the crowd was large. The smoked salmon and beet salad is as good as I have found with plenty of salmon. The quinoa polenta cake... More

It seems to often be the 'soup of the day' and I'm glad because it is delicious! After walking around & shopping in Old Town, it's a great place to drop in for a bowl of soup, served with some tasty bread and a small personal carafe of iced tea.

I have friends on the west side who rave about this place. I was not impressed with the one in Pasadena. It was very crowded, quite expensive, and not outstanding. You can do much better at Europane at 2 locations in town.
