I have been to the counter many times since it opened. Overall, I have been impressed with the quality of the food. A single patty is the best choice as anything larger is overwhelming except for the big eater. I like the sweet potato fries and I enjoy the choice of add on's. Service is generally quick and take out... More

The counter tries to give a new face to the burger, and in my mind it succeeds. We went to the Palo Alto and the Mountain View location, and both were good. What I liked is that the flavors are unique. They are not just the same old hat in new packaging. The flavors are actually new and unique, not... More

We had lunch here and liked the feel of the place, modern and clean. Serving staff all efficient and working hard. Gluten free options plentiful and listed on a separate menu, gf buns provided. My salmon with herbs in a bowl of lettuce was a healthy alternative and tasted good. With a shake and two lots of chips, bill came... More

Many burger choices that are just delicious. Sweet potatoe fries are wonderful as well. Will definitely go back when an In & Out Burger is just not enough.

Build your own burger is risky, but keep it simple and you will do fine. Great for family with kids, very noisy so you won't mind the kids adding to the ambience. After about 4 visits have decided this is the best burger around. The fried pickles are good as well. If you can sit outside, yes on the camino... More

Ate here a couple of times during a 10 day stay and service was very good each time. Helpful staff willing to find out information concerning wine if they don't know and fast service. Food was good, no complaints with the burgers. Milkshakes are fantastic but probably contain your daily calorie allowance. Only one female toilet so can be a... More

The restaurant is clean and bright. The build-your-own burger idea was a hit with our group - part of the fun was everyone brainstorming different combos. We had fried pickles and sweet potato fries for appetizers - both were good, not groundbreaking, but good. The burgers were yummy, as were the milkshakes (you can build your own milkshake too). The... More

The title says it all and the shoestring cheese fries are most delicious. They have an order form which you select to custom build your burger. What garnish what sauce and so forth. Onions and jerkins are always my favourites. Service is good too. Environment is great too. Everyone enjoyed the meal and prices are fair. Will return for more.... More
