Went here for a casual breakfast on a weekday morning in Palo Alto. Decent place--order at the counter. Lots of good looking pastries in the case and a menu with crepes and some other breakfast items. Service at the counter was polite and speedy; food was brought to the table in a reasonable amount of time. A chocolate chip scone... More

Starbucks has the rep but Coupa has the goods. Been going there for several summers at the Stanford campus and it is my first choice for a quick coffee. They serve twice as many people in half the time with quality individualized coffee without the pretense. BTW: less expensive but no less quality. Try it when at Stanford U.

Downtown on Ramona has great breakfast menu with pancakes, eggs, granola, fruit served all day. Venezuelan coffee, awesome hot chocolate with a spicy version. Wi-fi lovers sit at tightly packed tables in the cozy wood-beamed space. The restaurant at the golf course is bright, spacious, with the same great coffee, enormous salads and burgers that are perfect after a long bike... More

This is one of the major spots where deals are made and meetings are held in P.A. One of the reasons is great coffee, food, and hot chocolate.

Excellent coffee and snacks. The chocolates and truffles to go are also great. Very welcoming environment and staff, you can spend a whole afternoon there working on your computer - there are free wifi.

This is one of my favorite breakfast or lunch places downtown. Good food, nice café atmosphere. The place is old, with a nice fireplace and skylight in the back room.

A friend introduced me to this place and talked up the Spicy Maya coffee. I wasn't keen on an overly sweet and chocolately mocha but wanted something new. It was beautifully balanced and delicious. A mix of very good coffee, the right amount of chocolate, some spices including Pasilla and Cayenne peppers, and a barely detectable soupçon of cinnamon made... More

Loved the coffee and the speed of their friendly service! Really enjoyed the breakfast on the go on the mornings I overslept.

Ever since this place opened, it's been on the short list of places that are always good to go to. The coffee is stellar, the arepas are a must try (a Venezuelan specialty made freshly from white corn meal), and the atmosphere is always abuzz with Silicon Valley types, from the young hipsters to the hip oldsters, everyone is either... Coupa is a little overpriced but its a great spot to meet people for coffee or a quick bite to eat. I'm a tea drinker and their tea is good quality. They give you an entire pot as well instead of just a single cup which is always appreciated.
