Food is as good as a higher priced restaurant

The Chicken Madeira is one of the best I have ever tasted and at a very reasonable price below $20. Staff is friendly and attentive. Other family member ordered the Steak Diane combination with Shrimps, which was also excellent. It goes without saying that their Cheesecakes are very... read more

I was pleasantly surprised by the food choice and quality here complimented by a nice wine-by-the-glass list. I enjoyed the shrimp gumbo with white rice, which had the right tang at the end. Others in the group enjoyed a variety of entrees. Service was very good.

I usually know exactly where to pitch restaurant reviews but this one was hard. Overall I would give it 'excellent' for choice, 'very good' for atmosphere and quality of food ordered, and 'average' for service. So, on balance I have gone for 'very good'. The menu is incredible. There are literally hundreds of items on it including a wide range... More

On the evening of October 17, 2015 I had dinner at the Cheesecake Factory of Palo Alto. I have long thought the Cheesecake Factory to be the premier restaurant chain for it's enormous and appealing menu and it's pleasing atmosphere. As you enter the restaurant you find the bar to your right. For a place that does so much business... More

Huge menu. Cavernous restaurant. I've never had such tasteless food. (How can bacon be tasteless?!). Reasonable service & prices.

We chose the Cheescake Factory for a small but special celebration of my daughter's and son-in-law's marriage. They did not disappoint. Everything was perfect from the service & the food, to the champagne & dessert. The selection was ample to accommodate several dietary restrictions in our party. Everyone felt pampered & catered to - truly a memorable wedding supper!

The restaurant is located in restaurant row which covers a number of blocks. Parking can be an issue. We were in Palo Alto for the Stanford football game. We wanted something fairly quick so we ordered nachos and a pizza. The nachos were okay. The pizza was a thin crust variety and I ordered it with black olives which was... More

Not sure what was worse, the food or the service. I have to admit that in a different setting, it wouldn't be too bad, but if you shell out $80 you expect much more. This is 3x more expensive as a Chipotle but half as good. Doesn't say much, does it? The ambiance however, is very nice, pleasant and a... More
