Great food but the place is so noisy it makes having a conversation difficult. But if that doesn't bother you, come and enjoy their great food and of course....the cheesecake!!!

I have dined many times at the Cheesecake Factory at King of Prussia, PA. My grandchildren and I so enjoy the experience there.I am a firm believer that meal quality varies greatly among restaurants of the same chain dependent on the staff and especially the kitchen staff. This CF is excellent. I especially enjoy the atmosphere of a collection of... More

You can find the perfect texture and taste for the vegetarian burger in this neighbourhood. Moreover, strawberry lemonade is so fresh and delicious and refill! :)

Long wait for service, long wait for food, entrees arrived before the appetizer, for which we were still charged and I was up all night with an upset stomach, as was my husband. The food tasted good, but the upset stomach certainly not worth the time and money.

This place does not fit in downtown Palo Alto. However, if you like large portions of mediocre food, this is the place for you!

Booked our table 7 days in advance, still had to wait 40 mins for table, not even an offer of a soda while we waited, not even an apology. Wait staff behaved as though they were doing us a favour by bothering to take our order. Had booked for our daughter's birthday, no attempt to make her feel special, very... More

Can't beat the variety of food !! Very inexpensive choices also with a separate menue section. The pasta dishes are always a treat.

Great food, but unfriendly waiter turned experience sour. Fortunately, she was relieved by a much friendlier server. Great location! Close to Stanford and hotels.

We took the team of 10 there for dinner on a Monday night. It was busy - but there are no soft furnishings - so the place echos very loudly - making it difficult to hear if you don't shout - which just makes it worse. Service for drinks seemed very slow. Food was uninspiring, and lacked flavour. My Shrimp... More

I was with a party of fifteen and arrived half an hour early only to be confronted by a male arrogant receptionist. The restaurant on a Sunday was busy and I suppose that a busy employee does not value custom that was worth around $450 business. If I had my way I would have walked out. I am so pleased... More
