My wife and I ate here while on vacation and it was excellent. I had the grilled Mahi Mahi and she had a smoked salmon salad. My grilled fish was perfectly cooked with the distinctive Mesquite smoke grilled flavor. Her smoked salmon was delicious. You should ask about the salmon salad that is not on the menu but is a... My husband has always talked about trips to eat here on previous business trips so we all went. Not disappointed, good choice on the menu plus today's catch. Service good and quick, explained about what we did't understand. Food really lovely and tasted great.

We stopped here after our tour of Stanford. The grilled artichokes and lobster Sandwich rock! Split the large crab dungeness Cioppino over some angel hair pasta and you won't be disappointed..its more than enough for 2. Don't miss this place.

The Fish Market is a very good place for lunch, prices are a bit high, but overall, it is a reasonable value in the fact that the food is consistently good with efficient and pleasant service. I often have a business lunch at the Fish Market because it is a pleasant experience with enough business to keep the fish reasonably... More

The sheer breadth of fresh fish listed on the menu is impressive, and the service is prompt and courteous. Unfortunately, none of our fish dishes were cooked properly, so the meal was fine, but not great.

Have eaten here eight times in past two years, always with excellent fresh fish daily, prepared as you wish. Restaurant is large so never have had to wait to be seated, having a reservation. Service is quick. Bread, appetizers, vegetables, and deserts also good. New England Clam chowder always available and excellent. Specials vary, and are also excellent. Parking is... More

Great, fresh sea food. I ate here two nights in succession and my only complaint is that the portions are on the small side for the price. Don't expect to leave the place feeling "stuffed" :-) The menu is extensive enough to satisfy most tastes with plenty of fresh daily specials. Next time I am in town I will be... More

This used to be one of our favorite restaurants but on several recent visits we changed our minds. The bread was excellent but the main courses were not. One of the fish dishes was undercooked (I enjoy sashimi but this was something else) The vegetables were blah and the service was not great. We are not returning, there are many... More

Great meal. It was nice to see the chefs cooking behind glass. For kids a favorite is the Gumbo Shrimp. I have not eaten any better shrimp. I will go here again. I recommend this place to any "seafood fans."

I have visited this restaurant for several times, I peronally enjoy the discounted price oyster and Cherry Clam on the half shell during 'Happy Hours', good in both quality and value. Bar services is average but efficient. Food served are fresh and good, but prices are a bit expensive, but it's normal and expensive in Palo Alto. Restaurant's decoration are... More
