Pleasant atmosphere, fresh fish, casual feeling, like the menu including array of seafood choices. Oysters!

Food came out exceptionally fast. Cocktails were delicious. Oysters, calamari, and scallop ceviche were delicious. Party of five had other dishes - clam bake (outstanding), sea bass (good / great), shrimp (very good) - all with positive reviews. Service was very strong - attentive, friendly, positive. I would definitely eat here again.

It's a nice enough place but nothing really stood out, although the service was friendly and accommodating.

I'm a big fan of oysters. Their oyster platter were so fresh! Order grilled mahi-mahi too and tasted so good. Can't get enough of it.

Was there with two colleagues. I don't eat fish but still enjoyed chicken breast. They seemed to like their fish especially the king crab. Nice staff, not expensive but sit outside kind of noisy inside

My wife and I joined an old friend who lives locally and who recommended this place. The good news is that it has a pleasant ambience and that it was not at all noisy so that we could converse easily over a leisurely dinner. The disappointing news is that we ordered two different entrees (petrale sole and trout) listed until... More

Passing through Palo Alto looking for someplace to grab lunch. Made a decision to pull into the Fish Market on a whim. Great fish camp decor and friendly, helpful staff. Plenty of fresh fish options on the menu which was a great surprise. Opted to start with combo oysters on a half shell. They were very fresh and tasty. Followed... More

It's a good place for good seafood. The selection is large and everybody in our group was pleased with the taste. We were a bit disappointed about the slow service at lunch time even though the place was not too busy and they seemed to have enough staff at hand.

We go to the fish market often- sometimes to eat there, sometimes as take out clam chowder for a quick dinner. Always fresh, always good. Service has always been quick and friendly. We have been going here for decades, and have never been let down.
