Very good seafood. Many kind and fresh. Staffs are friendly. I would like to visit again.

The folks at the Fish Market have found a winning recipe: good, fresh food at a reasonable price. The formula keeps the place hopping most of the time. They offer a variety of fish with your coice of about 5 sides + a range of salads, soups and things like smoked fish and oysters etc. The crunchy French bread is... More

I've been to this Fish Market location many times for excellent lunches; this was my first visit for dinner. Since this is "crab season," we figured a large Crab Louis salad would be great! Our salads were good, but not great! It appeared the crab had been fresh frozen; the crab was watery and almost tasteless! The remainder of the... More

My husband and I enjoyed our meal at Fish Market. It was a crowded, Friday evening, but we made a reservation (highly recommended) and were seated in 5 minutes. The waitress was quick and efficient. The crab in my salad was fresh and tasty and my husband enjoyed his clams & linguine.

I should start by saying that I'am from Minnesota. So anytime that I can get fresh seafood I'am happy as a clam. (Ya that's a pun) I stumbled across this place mid-week during off peak hours so there were no real challenges as far as service goes. In fact I was about the only one in the place so I... More

One of the better seafood restaurants in the Palo Alto area. Interesting choices and the day's catch to choose from. The oven roasted crab is definitely worth a try. All in all a good dining experience

I have been to this restaurant several times over the last 20 years (yes twenty), while the fish is fresh and the food generally good, I am amazed by the complete lack of novelty in preparing their dishes. They are absolutely the same since my first time there. A little creativity would really not hurt!

A bit cold and clammy for the atmosphere. But they know how to cook seafood. Have come here quite a few times over the years. Food is consistent, service is ok.

This is a good fish place..many fresh selections are available. Unfortunately it has the atmosphere of an Army Mess Hall....noisy, hectic, loud etc. The servers are a mixed bag: some are quite good and many are not. It would improve matters if they figured out that hot food is desirable...putting fish on cold plates while the dish awaits pickup by... More

We were glad to see a special dinner entree on the restaurant web site that we had enjoyed in a recent visit. Upon arrival tonight, we were treated by having to navigate a smoke screen created by a uniformed waiter enjoying a cigarette by the front door. (Josh, we later learned.) When we were seated, we saw Josh head toward... More
