I ordered the margarita pizza. The crust was really good and the sauce was phenomenal. The gelato was super rich but it was really really good. I would definitely go back!

If you want an authentic italian pizza then this place will satisfy your craving. I went twice and would definitely go again. I even tried one of their sea food dishes and it was great. If you go ask for a table in their backyard. Also the owner of the resturant is very nice and is always there to welcome... More

Tricolore, pera & gorgonzola, porcini pizza... OMG, they are all so yummy! I always have a hard time picking my pizza. Not only is the food wonderful, but also there are no words to describe the warmth of the servers at Terun. This is of my fav places in the Bay Area.

Terun is an italian-ish place on California Ave in Palo Alto, and is OPEN UNTIL 10 PM! 2 stars for that alone, since we went there late and needed dinner. We started with the Caprese, which was soft, delicious mozarella with fresh heirloom tomatoes of various types - simply wonderful! My wife had the cavatelli special, I had the eggplant... More

Sitting outside on the (much more relaxed) patio, sipping Barolo (who has this wine by the glass?), one can only conclude that this restaurant is a major contribution to the usually overpriced and underwhelming Palo Alto dining scene. The pizza is divine - especially considering I spent most of my life believing that the usual, boring, floury-tasting thick crust was... More

This is an exaggeration. The meat fish and vegetable dishes are outstanding. The salads are very fresh and tasty too. However, I love to have a pizza as a starter and split it with friends, which isn't fair if any of them on our on a gluten free diet. I recommend the pizza, the steak with arugula, all the veg... Had a business lunch at Terun. Had the San Daniele pizza with prosciutto, cremini mushrooms and arugula. So fresh and delicious! My client had eggplant parmigiano, which I tried and was excellent. The pizzas are healthy portions -- did not come close to finishing. Food was really excellent and the service was very good. Ambiance is casual, nothing fancy. Would... More

Terun is completely fun and delightful on these warm spring nights. The tone is set by the extraordinarily gracious front hosts, who exude warmth and welcome and do their best to accommodate special requests. The wait staff in my experience has been completely outstanding: that special combination of prompt, attentive service and of being allowed to enjoy a long evening... More

I have eaten here several times over the past few months and have been consistently happy. Their pizzas are amazing - the Pera and the Porcini are my favorites - perfect thin crust and generous toppings. The Swiss Chard and Peas appetizer and the Burrata appetizers are both delicious and large enough to share between two or three people. I... More

I thought the food at Terun was pretty good, but nothing truly remarkable in my book. The pizzas were by far the best items we ordered; the pasta was average. Service was excellent, but the restaurant is so loud! It was hard to hear my companions, and we were at a small table. It definitely detracts from what is otherwise... More
