I love the food at Jing Jing. I have been coming here for years. The food is consistently delicious and the service is tops. Their prices are getting a bit over the top though. Hence, I go far less than I used to

The food was good but I've had better Chinese food. I got the food delivery so that may have been part of the issue. The driver was fast and polite and he brought extra sauces without me asking.

I have been coming to Jing Jing since 1987. Whenever I am in the area, I make sure I make time to stop in for a lunch special. Great food, staff and atmosphere. Hands down the best for Chinese food on the peninsula. I recommend Jing Jing to all.

Let me just say this first: I don't think that there's anything wrong with food that is Americanized. People open up restaurants in America, so to get enough business, it is totally fine to Americanize it. Especially in places like downtown Palo Alto, a business cannot survive with a 100% authentic menu. That said, I think Jing Jing is okay.... More

I went there on a date, and we were happy with the yummy food. The black bean chicken was slightly spicy and tasted fresh. She got walnut shrimp (slightly crispy, sweet, nutty and slightly fruity/creamy-- also delicious). Plus it's in pretty downtown Palo Alto, which is great for a stroll. The restaurant wasn't too crowded or noisy, and the service... More

Most of the food there is pretty standard Chinese, but the Dandan noodles with a wonderful creamy, spicy peanut sauce is outstanding. Good location for a stroll in downtown Palo Alto.

I manage to hit Jing Jing on most of my trips to the area. They have tasty food, some good black bean dishes, smoked pork is good also. The spicy wonton soup is excellent. I've always found service to be efficient, and the food is predictable. It's a big place but not overly noisy. Gelato next door if you need... More

I have been frequenting Jing Jing now since the mid 1990s. The food is yummy and spicy. I used to go there with my coworkers from my job in Palo Alto and I always go there now when I visit CA.
