I took some friends to Evvia a few months ago and was extremely impressed by the cuisine, service, and ambiance. I had a Bronzino and it was fantastic. The starters and desert were also of extremely high quality. A great place Togo for a special night!

Hands down the best place for lunch/dinner in Palo Alto. Sit next to the roasting pit to watch the lamb browning or order the grilled octopus for a wonderful delight. Upscale Greek food here. Scrumptuos meals and great service.

I love lamb. I've eaten lamb everywhere. And Evvia has THE best lamb chops you can find. Best Greek food you can find. Better than Greece. Service is fantastic from hostess, to the bar, to waiters. Octopus, grilled artichoke, Greek salads, and grilled fish are some of my other favorites. Love love love this place.

Evvia is the twin-sister of - Kokkari in San Francisco. Evvia is smaller, so the tables are a bit close together for my liking at an upscale restaurant. As in the bigger restaurant, you get a view into the kitchen, which is staged w/ copper pots and huge bread baskets. The food here is just as good as the food... More

I love coming here. The food is excellent, always, and the service is superb. Makes a great place to gather with friends, share tasty treats, and linger over a bottle of wine. Definitely make a reservation, any day of the week.

Don’t let anyone claim they love Evvia for “just one” reason, like the incredibly well prepared and predictably delicious food or excellent wine list, which one might find at other fine restaurants. It isn’t just the warm and welcoming atmosphere, because Grandma’s house would do (especially a Mediterranean granny). It isn’t just the gorgeous hostess with whom you get to... More

We were visiting a friend in Palo Alto and made a reservation at Evvia for lunch. The food was excellent. The three of us ordered 6 things and shared them all. Super fresh and great flavors. We would highly recommend Evvia but definitely make a reservation because it is a popular place!

The food is delicious and the ambiance feels like you're at a cozy restaurant in a little Greek village. It's casual, but you get 5 star service.

We had been recommended to visit and fortunately booked ahead on Open Table - it was very busy and so we were lucky to get in. You can see why. Really buzzy, with great food and very friendly service. Well worth a visit.
