Very good food, the waiters are friendly. Food is made from fresh and very tasty, tried the hummus with beef, and the food is with good portion.

This is a crowded little eatery on the main drag in downtown Palo Alto. Went in with high hopes, especially after waiting for 10 or 15 minutes in line to get a table in this busy and cramped little place. Hummus is the main menu feature, but they have a variety of Middle-Eastern foods, including grilled meats, etc. But we... More

Amazing hand crafted hummus and pita. Both incredibly fresh. You won't find better. Their inventive use of ground beef, lamb, chicken, mushrooms with hummus combos are genius. Really great salads as well. If you love this type of food you can't find better. For reals. Go here. Eat here. Overtip here.

I never realized you could eat hummus as a single serving all by itself. Well, you never stop learning. As it's probably evident already, I'm not a hummus expert by any stretch of the word, but I liked what I had here. Food aside, the restaurant is often busy, a bit noisy but all in all ok.

very casual place turning out very good food. I had a lamb dish that was deliscious. It is noisy and you may need to wait but, I think worth it.

Went with my daughter and grand-kids for lunch. Although we could not get a table outside they were able to give us a table by the window. Oren's is predominantly a hummus restaurant and offers a range of middle-eastern dishes. The staff were very accommodating, service was very good and timely. Would go back when I am back in California.

I had time to kill and noticed a line out the door and it looked great so I made a point of returning later. I loved it. I've been to other hummus centric restaurants (all casual like this one) and this is my favorite on the west coast. Checked tripadvisor after I went there, but agree with the reviews.

We got here for a dinner with friends. The place is not so big and fancy, but they serve very good middle-eastern food. The dish sizes are decent, the food is delicious. Seems it's a bit trendy place, as there was a queue and we waited for about one hour to get a table. A bit noisy inside, but you... More

This place was suggested to me by some friends. It is a cafe type setting. Loud, bustling, crowded, cramped but the food makes it all worth while. Very friendly helpful staff. We had a sampler plater, a pitta sandwich and some kabobs. All were prepared fresh with great depths of flavor. I had a "malt" black non alcoholic beer that... More
