Dined here as part of a large group. Started with a cocktail hour in the lower part of the restaurant/bar area. Appetizers were very good, however, given the limited size of the area, it was a bit hard to socialize. Dinner was good with a wide variety of meats as part of our arranged menu. Lamb, Turkey, Filet, Chicken all... More

You can get a meat buffet at a lot of places. Rodizhio style restaurants are fairly prevalent and many do a good job, but many don't. It comes down to execution and Pampas has it. The space is open, modern, stylish, and welcoming. The high ceiling accommodate a clever center structure that splits dining into two levels. It's a frat... More

When you like meat, this is the place to go. In contrast to other Brazilian restaurants, they do not try to fill you up with the cheaper meats before bringing the good stuff, first meat serviced was the fillet, which was excellent, perfectly grilled and juicy. From all the meats they brought the sirloin was the best, rich in flavors... More

I hadn't been to a Braziilian restaurant before so I was looking forward to this. We all decided to do the traditional carving table service, where the meat comes to the table at your leisure. First, you go and load up on vegetables and other items at a long buffet. After that, the meat arrives one at a time. When... More

It was a little expensive but we took two college students with us and definitely got our money's worth. They roam about bringing you fresh hot skewers of different types of meat/chicken that they serve you. You also make trips to their quite extensive fresh vegetable/side dishes buffet.

Three of us had a meal at Pampas after a long days travelling from London. It was good quality with plenty of meat, although you did tend to wait for particular dishes to make their way round. The salad bar was extensive and could provide a meal in itself. The only slight negatives were that most meat was served rare... More

The best Brasilian churascaria I tried in the US. This one reminded of Rio. They have all the carved meats coming to your table. It was nice to have good hearts of palm again. Highly recommend.

I'm originally from Porto Alegre, Brazil - capital of the "gaucho" State, land of Brazilian churrasco - and a pitmaster myself, and I can say the experience at Pampas is far from authentic. Although it may look like it under US standards, the varieties of meat are not that many, and some items on the menu were not served at... More

Had a great meal here, the usual orgy of meats, everything was very good (not just a lot of food, a lot of good food). Highly recommended for everyone but vegetarians.

A friend invited us in this restaurant during my last trip in California. It has been my first barbacoa kind of place and the experience has been very good. They keep serving you meat from skewers until you say "enough". We had many kind of meat: beef, chicken, lamb, everyone cooked really well. More, something I really liked as well... More
