Great Happy Hour and Thin Crust Pizza

Dined here on a Friday evening at 5 PM during their happy hour. Their pizzas are half price and they offer a good beverage selection for happy hour. I enjoyed a nice glass of Pinot Noir for five dollars, first course was a field greens salad with thinly sliced radishes, frisée, baby lettuces,and... read more

Reserved through Open Table. Lucky enough to get the last balcony table and had a terrific view of Thursday's Palm Springs Village Fest on the street below. Shared Ty's Chopped Salad - absolutely delicious - and a small pizza. Loved the thin crust and that we were able to do two toppings - veggie on one half and dried tomato... More

This restaurant is in a great location and if you are lucky will provide you with a table to overlook the downtown area. We had dinner here with a party of 13 and were placed on a balcony that was barely big enough to fit all of us. the table was adequate but the space around us was very tight.... More

Matchbox has some of the best pizzas I have ever had. There are very unusual combinations on a very thin crusted pizza. All of the pizzas I have tried are terrific. You cannot go wrong here. Great servers and wonderful outdoor ambiance.

We had prompt and polite service for our group of 8. Arancini rice balls were delicious and so were the pizzas. Try the fig pizza and the mushroom one. Too bad they were out of the mud pie for dessert I was really looking forward to it.

Food is consistently good and have eaten at the restaurant many times. Many varieties of pizzas including artisan pizzas with a variety of toppings. Our server Vanessa was exceptionally good. Restaurant inside in on the noisy side so not for those wanting a romantic and quiet dinner.

We had lunch there. It was cool (though not enclosed) with great food and service. Just a nice variety of food in a very nice atmosphere.

Four of us had dinner at Matchbox, located up a flight of stairs and with a balcony dining area overlooking Palm Springs' main drag. Inside seating was also very nice; we had our own little nook. Everyone had appetizers, pizza, and beer; there were no complaints. Draft beers weren't cheap but included some unusual varieties; I especially liked the peanut-butter... More

3/16/2014 We were able to stop in here on our recent trip to Palm Springs. It's a wonderful place, on the second level of a small courtyard area of restauants. (Above Maraca's). Being from the East Coast (BWI/PHL area), we know our pizza, and after reading the reviews on this place I just HAD to stop in. I always have... More

We always grab dinner here when we're in PS. Their spicy meatball pizza is one of the best I've ever tasted. The beer selection is great, as well. The place is huge too.
