We wanted a special night out with atmosphere and fine dining. This was a great choice. Our server was Victor and he was just right for us. The duck was great!

Have been ther several times and each time the food and drinks were the best. Somewhat pricy but worth every penney. Prefer the great outdoor patio seating except when the heat is on. You know the desert.

The atmosphere at this restaurant is incredible. I rate it five stars for both food and service. We had a great table on the patio which made our evening perfect. We would highly recommend the Lobster Pot pie, the beef tenderloin and do not skip the amazing basil ice cream. Copley's is located on the old Carey Grant estate which... More

Yes, I know, most people go to Copley's for dinner. It is after all one of the best and most innovative restaurants in Palm Springs. The food is fabulous and the service attentive and friendly. But we like to stop by for a cocktail - and maybe a nibble - at the bar or in the garden. Here's the deal....... More

Dh and I ate here on recommendation of our hotel. We were there mid week so it was quiet. The patio was beautiful but we sat inside as it was a really hot night. We enjoyed our meals - filet for me and lobster pot pie for hubby. The pot pie was very different and quite tasty. My meal was... More

Love the ambiance, outside dining was very nice and romantic, but sometimes we were visited by a couple of flying bugs.. We started with ahi tacos, excellent....my wife had the beet salad which she said was very good. For the main course I had the veal shank, like a osso buco, was tasty but not the best I've had. Now... More

Not a paradox. Thought the food was good, especially the filet. But friend and I shared the fish appetizer (with raw tuna and salmon) and both of us had flu-like symptoms with stomach distress later that evening. Noticed another poster stating food poisoning, which prompted this review.

Good ingredients were just lacking in flavor. Service was friendly and annoying. They are just not on their game to live up to their ambitions.

Copleys was very romatic with its outside seating under the trees. The food was also very good (but a tad heavy for such a warm night) and the service was excellent. We would go back for a special occasion again.
