We went to Copleys on Saturday July 5 for dinner with 2 great friends. Cocktails and wine selections were superb! The food was outstanding!! I still love the beet and goat cheese salad and the lamb was to die for. Service was superb as well. The only problem was that it was very warm inside. It was 105 outside and... More

Copleys is housed in a former home owned by Cary Grant but first thing that we noticed upon entering is that it smelled like a toilet. Decor is ‘70s but in an original and bad way, not retro hip. Our server was distracted all night, glancing at the other tables as he welcomed us, explained specials, took our order, checked... More

Food was great but you will get the stodgy older crowd with a lot of money here. Meh. I like a more welcoming crowd. Spencer's is my current PS fave.

The service was really good - the waiter was great at recommending wine with my dinner choice. I was very happy with the choice. I ordered the lamb, it was done to perfection. Enjoyed the atmosphere.

Copley's is located on Palm Canyon Drive in Palm Springs, California. It is one of the former estates of Hollywood film actor, Cary Grant. You have your choice of sitting inside where the bar is located or outside in the courtyard. If you opt for outside dining, you'll be treated to magnificent views of nearby San Jacinto mountain and an... More

This restaurant is mostly outside dining in a great court yard mountain view setting - very romantic. Great food, staff and always an evening to remember!

Our meal outside tonight was the best in the USA so far. This chef had an exquisite palate and my seared scallops and alaskan halibut a treat. Perfectly matched flavours and seasonal vegetables .Truely excellent desserts as well.Superb!

Decided to try this restaurant for Father's Day and it didn't disappoint. The Caesar salad was different but wonderful...it comes with bacon pieces and pineapple croutons. I may never think of this salad the same again. My husband had the steak and it was cooked to perfection. I had the lamb chops and they were very tasty. For dessert we... More

We dined at Copleys on our last night in Palm Springs because prior nights were fully booked. It was absolutely worth the wait. The food was spectacular and the service was the best that we received in town. We enjoyed a fantastic evening dining on the patio, where we celebrated my friends 50th birthday. We did not feel rushed as... More

Beet salad was amazing and possibly worth going back for. My entree was prepared incorrectly and I did not get what I ordered. My daughter had the tofu and really liked it. Poor service. Took a while to flag someone down to get more water or a cocktail. Waiter was nice but think management had everyone stretched too thin. Dessert... More
