The patio is so inviting

The ambience is decadent Palm Springs at its finest. It's so special to eat outside in the warmth under the stars with an open firepit glowing. The food is first rate, well spiced with an intriguing selection. You pay a healthy tab but it is worth it.

Rather than sit outside we decided for a more private and quiet dinner inside. This is a lovely, romantic restaurant, excellent food and service. Our server had our inside table plus his outside tables and we never felt neglected. We both loved the duck breast but the Sticky Toffee Pudding was fabulous! We were pleased that we could take our... More

We went there with another couple to celebrate their anniversary. The setting is very nice. The service was excellent and the the food was very good. It is not inexpensive but considering the setting, service and food quality it is well worth the price. Definitely a top 5 spot for a special dinner in the Coachella Valley.

This restaurant is located in Palm Springs and is tucked away from the street. The outdoor patio is lovely and is very romantic . The service was attentive and our waiter did not mind when I asked that we wanted to order our main course after we had been served our appetizers. The food was very good and the wine... More

The service and food were outstanding. I had the Colorado Lamb and it was excellent. Forget the Moroccan sauce. I had a side of risotto which was also excellent. 3 of 4 of us had the lamb and all reviews were excellent. The 4th person had salmon which had rave reviews. We will return within 10 days.

Went with my husband, a 11 year old and a 13 year-old, and MIL. Arrived early to enjoy cocktails and since the sitting areas outside were still too sunny, we sat indoors near the small bar. Happened to be happy hour so I had a delicious martini for $5 and MIL had a glass of white win for the same.... More

Our experience at Copley's was wonderful. We dined at a table for two on the patio, which had great ambiance. I wish I had asked for the servers name because he was perfect. He asked if we wanted a slow, leisurely meal or if we preferred things to come out more quickly. (We went with slow and leisurely). He checked... More

Wonderful romantic dinner under the stars. To start hers a Orange Drop Martini, mine a Old School Aviation. Excellent Caesar salad followed. Main course special of the night, a fresh Ahi and a Scallops with Thai meatballs. All expertly prepared by their top notch staff. Place has some history as was once owned by Gary Grant as an in town... More

The start of our meal was a bit bumpy when we arrived to find that our reservation was for the following week. So much for using Open Table on a smart phone. The host couldn't have been nicer about our mistake, and suggested a drink around the lovely outdoor fireplace, while we waited for a table. Just as we finished... More

My husband and I were visiting Palm Springs for our wedding anniversary and had dinner at Copley's to celebrate. We enjoyed the beautiful outdoor areas, drinks by the fire pit and a wonderful dinner. Our waiter was very funny and attentive and did a great job recommending things he thought we'd enjoy. We started with the kale salad. My husband... More
