I wanted to start with a slightly dirty martini and the bartender informed me it was happy hour, so I went with the well one, and ended up with a great dirty martini and bleu cheese olives. Lobster ceviche was great. I was so indecisive about the main course, and the serves were all patient and helpful. The duck was... More

We had a lovely meal at Copley's. It was a beautiful January evening and we sat in the courtyard. The lights twinkling in the trees added charm. We had a wonderful waiter who was fun and helpful. Delicious food, excellent wine, good friends and outdoor dining. Loved it!

My husband and I went here for dinner on our last night in PS and had a great time. I had grilled tenderloin and he had lamb; both were excellent. The service was also exceptional. It was definitely more than I expected, given the somewhat mixed reviews. We would happily go back.

Second year in a row I had the worst New Year’s Eve dinner experience in Palm Springs and this year I am not visiting this town because I am turning 50 and it always comes in three’s. We made our reservation with Open Table for a 9:00 PM seating since Copleys website was so misleading that it read they had... More

"Oh My Lobster Pot Pie" was the main attraction for me on my previous visit to Copley's. This time it didn't appear on the menu ("it comes and goes," our server explained). But I did spot lobster and corn risotto, listed as an accompaniment to beef tenderloin; our server got the go-ahead from the chef for us to order the... More

We didn't get the full effect of the restaurant since it was New Years Eve and a prix fixe menu with just a few choices. But the service was quite good and the food was tasty if not inspired.

We enjoyed our visit here a lot. We were welcomed when we arrived and offered a choice of tables. We opted for main courses and dessert: we enjoyed black cod, duck wrapped in prosciutto (both well executed and presented), and mousse cake. There was an interesting wine list, but we settled for a Cloudline pinot noir from Oregon. Service was... More

The food was very good. As a vegetarian, it is nice to have something other than a mediocre pasta, and they did not disappoint. I had marinated and crusted tofu over a bed of great potatoes and asparagus. The only problem was that there were three 2 top tables in a space that probably housed only two previously. We were... The food was good not great. We had Kale salad that was dry and had to ask for more dressing. The sea bass was simple and easy on the palate
