Simple stuff is clearly VERY difficult for the folks at Copleys. Pre-dinner drink? 15 minutes. Ask for a Pilsner style beer? "We're not really a 'beer' kind of place" they say, suggesting in no uncertain terms that ordering a beer for your first drink is 'unwelcome' (cheap??) ... (despite having half a dozen on the list). Unacceptable. When we chose... More

Popped in one night without reservations, and was graciously received. Seated inside at a window. Alex our waiter was prompt, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and of course, attractive. Recommended the strip steak, fabulous! Our meal was excellent from the appts to dessert. On our departure, the manager made sure to ask how was our dining experience and thanking us for stopping... It was a special anniversary, they congratulated us at our table with Happy Birthday. Tenderloins overdone and tuff. Wrecked an important occasion.

We had a very nice dinner with great service and very good food in lovely surroundings. This restaurant is well rated and our party of four would support the great reviews it gets. One to book

This beautiful restaurant is set in the guest house of Dean Martin (I think). The patio is charming and the food is delicious.

Went there with a group of 25 and they did a great job. Sat outside in the covered gazebo next to the fire pit and it was beautiful. The mountains in the back round. WOW. Coming from New York and the weather we recently had this was awesome to be in beautiful weather with awesome views. The food was excellent... More

You can't go wrong at Copley's. We made an impulsive reservation on Sunday evening and were able to get in at 8:30. Food is excellent. I had the Atlantic Salmon and a beet/goat cheese salad, and my partner had the special, which was steak. Both were cooked to perfection. We sat outside, where most of the dining tables are located.... More

We have been in Palm Springs area for two months and were lucky enough to finally try Copley's after dining in Palm Springs,Indian Wells and La Quinta. Copley's was by far the best restaurant. It is a beautiful outdoor patio but the food was fabulous. A couple of us had the Barramundi which was delicious, one had the Ahi tuna... More
