Lovely evening on the patio dining

A unique spot, a previous location of Cary Grant estate. Quiet and lovely views of the mountains. Our waiter Paul was considerate and service was fine , yet not oppressive. Food came well prepared and was delicious. Generous cocktails and overall a nice experience.

Overpriced for pleasant food that was boring in presentation and not very special(a beef/mushroom Asian-influenced salad was the exception). Nice outdoors, engaging but not always attentive waitperson.

Found this gem on the main street of old Palm Springs. Easy to miss from the street, once inside the gated courtyard, it is delightful with outdoor tables set around the outside of Cary Grant's former guest house. Service was prompt and helpful, food was excellent and the night was perfect (no heaters required).

We were very disappointed by this restaurant. The food was nicely plated but not flavorful. Our service was poor. Would not go back when there are so many other pricey choices in Palm Springs.

Reading that this restaurant is in Cary Grant's former guest house was enough to make me want to try it (it's not actually next to his home; that's on the other side of Palm Canyon. In any case, the restaurant is very charming. We sat outside and had lovely service. The person who appeared to be the manager stopped by... More

We had a wonderful meal in the lovely outdoor courtyard at Copleys. Had a delicious caesar salad to start my dinner that was unique with smoked apple bacon, padano cheese and pineapple croutons. Followed this with a daily special of delectable ahi tuna over grilled asparagus and wasabi mashed potatoes. Several at the table had the Grilled Beef tenderloin and... More

This is a restaurant with a storied past, gorgeous courtyard setting in this outdoor dining mecca, exemplary service and attention to detail...and good food. Great bar and wine list...Expect to splurge a little on cost as entrees hit the $25 -$40 mark, with appetizers, salads, soups, and desserts added on...but worth the price if you are looking for a special... Visited over the busy New Years vacation period. We travel to Palm Springs 5-6 times a year from Texas and Copley's is always on our to do list. Reservations were made some time in advance as this was the holiday period. We were seated with out delay, outside, in a tented area. Space heaters were needed and provided as it... More

Copley for a special celebration is the best high end (expensive) restaurant in Palm Springs. Reservations are a must and in season Jan into May outdoor patio dining is wonderful. The owner/chef and staff are pleasant and very efficient. Menu selections due vary but as a rule you will not be disappointed with any entree. Full bar onsite and an... More

The service, the food, the atmosphere at Copley's is amazing. Definitely get a table in the courtyard and if it's a little chilly, have the server turn on the heaters.
