Copley's is interesting, advertised as part of Cary Grant's former estate but according to our server he never lived there? Unique courtyard setting, limited menu, food and service were fine. It's a 3 or 4. There are better choices in Palm Springs but Copley's is decent overall.

The service, food and ambiance of this restaurant are all great. We were greeted (party of four) on arrival and guided to our assigned table, my wife preferred a different table - no problem. Adjustments were made and we were seated at the prefered table. We couldn't afford it every night but for a treat it was wonderful.

This is a place where you can take friends and never worry about them liking it. Took a friend this week who had never been there and he is sold on it too. It does not look like much on the outside, but once you walk thru the gates, it is a hidden jewel. Great cocktails and food. Good parking.... More

Atmosphere is lovely. Eating outside is heavenly! Food was beyond expectations. I had chilled tomato soup (*****) and the Scottish Salmon. When I asked to change the side items, there was no fuss, and they gladly did it. Everything was perfect, and I loved everything! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! (Second time we have eaten there.)

One of the better restaurants at which I've eaten recently. The waiter and his assistants were attentive and efficient. The seared tuna was magnificent and perfectly prepared and served on wasabi mashed potatoes and wilted spinach. My heirloom tomato and mozzarella salad was delicious as well with just a touch of dressing. My wife had chilled tomato soup and Scottish... More

Copley's is a gem. We visit at least once every year when we vacation in Palm Springs. A beautiful venue with outdoor seating in the courtyard including a fire pit, groomed trees and a feeling of tranquility. The menu is ample with a variety of meat, fish and vegetable entrees. Enjoyed the salmon, lamb chops and the fish special. The... More

Copleys is a great restaurant. Ambiance is good and there is plenty of outdoor seating that is dog friendly. You don't feel like you've been crammed onto one of those make shift outdoor patios. Service was excellent. No issues there. From arrival through to service, no problems. So what went wrong? They are doing everything right, but missing a few... More

We were seated on the patio and it was pleasant and picturesque. Our waiter, Jarrett, was knew to the job. But we would never have guessed that. He was spot on with his recommendations and was great with the service. The food was truly delicious. Make a reservation and get there soon.

My girl and I ate dinner outdoors under the stars and the clean air. Fortunately the weather was mild for this time of Sept. The atmosphere was perfect. The food was outstanding. We will be back to eat at Copley's again for sure. If you want to impress your girl, you must dine here.

This was the weekend of eating at former homes of celebrities since Parker's had been our choice the night before. An oasis like setting in the heart of downtown Palm Springs. As you enter the relaxed courtyard with tables spaced apart. There's a seating area where patrons where enjoying conversation after their meal. The shadowed mountains made the perfect backdrop...
