I'll get to the point. The female host was professional and gracious when seating us. The 20 something server used the word "excellent" so many times I lost count(even when we had issues with one of our dishes). Dude, when something sucks, it's NOT excellent! The entrees were overcooked and all the sauces were cloying and beyond amateur. How does... More

We have only visited a few times as Wang's is usually so busy that it is difficult to walk in and be seated. Good food and service when we have visited.

Wangs is a great place to have fun! The bar is super, the music wonderful, the atmosphere is happy, and the menu is delicious. Almost always packed, it is worth the wait!

recommended by friends, we went. it was excellent. crispy spring rolls, hot and fast. mushroom, asparagus chicken is awesome. beef chow fun was okay, not that tasty. had a bottle of wine, and the bill was well under a $ 100. I guess, you could find much cheaper chinese food, but this place has an upscale atmoshere. Anyways, very good.... More

Wang's is not your typical Chinese restaurant. The menu is quite varied. The decor is contemporary. The service was excellent. It is a busy place, so reservations are recommended, but worth it.

I am a local, Palm Springs resident. I have been to Wang's many times. In the last 6 months, this restaurant has gone down hill, fast. The food is mediocre at best. PF Chang's in Rancho Mirage is much better - fresher and better prepared. The ambiance is non-existent - the concrete floors cause sound to bounce all over the... More

Well I hear the happy hour here is one of the best in town. I did not make it for happy hour (and happy hour is only at the bar). I went for some Asian food as I had not had any in over 24 hours. I was less the impressed. The service was slow and the staff apologized for... More

We attended a Happy Hour fund raising event that was held on the enclosed outdoor patio. We decided to stay and have food from the bar menu. Our waiter informed us that it is policy to hold credit cards prior to orders being taken! We complied but then saw that a couple next to us paid at the END of... More

Happy Hour lists Sky cocktails at $5 but I was charged $9 instead. Upon seeing the specials chalkboard on the way out my friends urged me to bring it it management attention, but I didn't want to hold up our evening (we ate elsewhere). Later upon returning to my parked car nearby (at my friends who are regulars urging) I... More

Very nice selection of food. Average to small portions but excellent flavor and nice presentation. A change of pace from the mexican restaurants and steakhouses that a predominant in the area.
