Sunday nights are the best at Wang’s. Happy hour prices all night at the bar and there is a half plate menu at the bar as well. The portion size is more than adequate and the prices reduced/

Went with ex- friend for the big happy hour night of the week (Friday). Obese friend who use to follow me like a wet puppy dog. Didn't realize until we got out of the car: he chose his shirt, at his house (where he had a closet full to chose from) to MATCH mine. As if we were twins. Only... More

This was our second visit to Palm Springs, and we were eagerly anticipating our return to Wang's. When we ate there two years ago, we thought the food was imaginative and delicious. This time, however, our dinner was among the worst we've ever had. After waiting nearly an hour for our food, we could barely eat any of the five... More

Make reservations for you wont be left out in the cold when going to Wang's.. Great food in a cool atmosphere that even has a little bridge in it.. The bar looks hopping after dinner, although I've never stayed to had a cocktail...

Late one evening after a theatre show, we were ready for dinner. We didn't want the franchise places for dinner and drinks, so we decided to try Wang's in the Desert again. It's just like we remembered. The place is large (a few more trees in the dining room to make it more intimate would be great) and we were... More

Wang's never disappoints. My friends and I go to Wang's every year during our annual trip to Palm Springs. There is a good selection of martinis to enjoy before dinner (although it is disappointing that they no longer make the key lime pie martini!). Dinner favourites include the orange peel shrimp and mongolian beef. We have found the service to... More

Previous reviews have made for interesting reading - especially the seemingly contrasting comments on service. We made a dinner reservation for Friday and as busy as the restaurant was, we waited only a short time for our table. I don't claim to be an expert on Asian food - but what we had was superb. Each dish was well presented... More

reserved 5 of us for a post-wedding dinner. Told hostess about the celebration and asked for a good table. Seated us at a good table, next to "bridge". Well, the wedding event was never acknowledged at any point. Food delicious. Orange Chicken, edamane, crab rangoon better than I've experienced anywhere. Service was terrible. Drinks took 10 minutes to get, and... More

It's about time somebody brought more dim sum options to the Palm Springs area! Wang's rolls out the carts with delights like shiumai and bao, but also specialties like their crab-wasabi deviled eggs and spare ribs! Add to that their Bacon Bloody Mary and you've got more than enough ingredients for an enjoyable time, but they also have live entertainment... More
