Good food, spotty service

There was a group of five of us so we ordered family style two sushi rolls as appetizers and four family style entrees. The drinks were OK if oversweetened. The problem was the appetizers which were served without soy sauce and it took us ten minutes to flag down someone to get the soy sauce and... read more

We were at Wang's 3 years ago and loved it so much, we ate there every night on our trip. We heard from friends that they have gone downhill in terms of service and food. We loved our waiter Nicholas, but unfortunately, the food is not the same. Not only has the quality of the food deteriorated, but what happened... More

Good fortune and great tastes welcomed us our first time dining at Wang’s! Spare, understated ambiance made for a relaxed atmosphere. An abundance of freshness and symphonic flavors made for a succulent dinner throughout. Spring rolls, tempura shrimp, kung pao chicken, lo mein shrimp were all prepared with the freshest of ingredients and delicately flavored. The non-Asian berry cobbler provided... More

11 days into out trio to the states and we have had our best meal. From the chicken chow mein to the gingered beef, it was delicious and the service excellent. If you are visiting palm springs and want a quality Asian/Chinese meal cooked fresh to order then go to Wang.

We walked in wanting sushi, they didn't offer it until the weekend which was fine with us. We ordered and shared a few dishes. Really delicious! Service was great too. I would suggest it and enjoy the atmosphere.

A popular Chines restaurant and bar, very popular with the gay community in Palm Springs. It's Asian-Fusion cuisine and the chefs and waiters are primarily Mexican. The food and drinks were a little expensive, more if you are a Canadian paying in U.S. dollars. A little nosy as well.

We had a group of 5 friends and every dish served family style was well prepared with terrific sauces and delicious starters. The atmosphere is quite nice although the restaurant is a bit noisy. We were in a noisy mood so no worry for us. This is a great place to come in from the heat and enjoy a good... More

great happy hour menu, cheap Martinis and appies. Cool courtyard lounge seating out back. A bit tired, but worth a visit to start off your night of touring around downtown Palm Springs!

We first ate here in December 2013 and were pleased with the food, all was very good and fresh, so we decided to eat here again as we were in Palm Springs for a week holiday. I must be honest. The bar drinks are good, and they even looked up a drink ( I had only one, my husband drove... More

Had never been here before. We parked our car in the lot and you could hear the loudness coming from the outdoor patio at the bar. Walked inside and the same noise. The hostess seated us in the farthest table in the back, but after the tables were full, you could not hear yourself think. Thank goodness the food was... More
