Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. We were a group of 6, we ordered a number of appetizers and individual entrees. Everything was very well prepared and had a great taste. Wanted to go back before I left town but wasn't able too, will do so next time in town.

We're big fans of Wang's.. Usually... Lately I'm concerned about a trend that is threatening to alienate the lifeblood of many Palm Springs bars/restaurants - the locals. Tonight we were informed that water would now be served at $3/bottle - no more complimentary ice water with your order. Jason, one of the best & attentive servers was doing 3/4 of... More

On Sunday nights, you can order a ‘half plate’ in the bar only. Happy hour prices are available all night long on Sunday’s and I find the ‘half plate’ portion is sufficient. My favorite dish is the green curry chicken, which isn’t on the regular menu.

There are ample positive reviews for Wang's and our friends who took us had liked it in the past. But all four of us got dishes that were at the "never come back" level. No need to give much detail other than to say that noodles were mush and the curry had no taste. The waiter disappeared after taking our... More

We've been coming to Wang's for quite a few years now. Often for special occasions, other times with friends. Each time we've come for a birthday, I've made a reservation on Open Table with a note about the birthday. Prior to this year, they've always made a point to wish my partner a happy birthday and bring dessert at the... More

Wang's has a good selection of veggie options and helpful staff who can point out recommendations depending on your dietary restrictions. The atmosphere is fun and eccentric. It is located a bit south of the main strip of bars and restaurants, but it is worth the extra distance. My only regret is that I didn't get a chance to see... More

Always love visiting Wang's when in PS - the appy platters are amazing for late night sharing and the dusted dessert wonton's are the perfect treat after dins or the morning after (thanks to take out!). Whether at the bar or in the restaurant, you'll be sure to have a memorable time! And the artwork is just as delish!

We enjoyed live music and open-air seating. Jalapeno calamari was exceptional! All the standard Chinese food dishes available there and some delicious Thai-influenced dishes as well.

What has happened? I am a resident in town and eat out many times a week. We decided to try Wang's as we have not been there in a while. Bad mistake! All the regular staff are gone there were only two bartenders trying to serve drinks and wait tables in the outdoor area and in the bar. It was... More

Dinner at Wangs's of the Desert was a surprising experience. The atmosphere is high energy, at least on a Friday evening. The bar was jammed. We had a reservation, quite advisable, and we were seated immediately in the diningroom. We were a party of 6 and not everyone had arrived, but that did not present a problem to the staff... More
