Being a frequent visitor to Palm Springs, I have heard about Wang's for awhile so we decided to give it a try. The service was mediocre at best. The waiter was more attentive to other tables than ours. He offered refills of drinks to other tables we just got water refills poured into our soft drink glasses by the bus... More

We ate there on a Friday night and the noise was deafening. The food was very good but it was impossible to have a conversation. I would recommend going there on a quieter evening.

Venue and space were fine. The receptionist wasn't friendly, but the table service was prompt and attentive. Unfortunately, I just didn't like the food. Too much red, sugary sauce or not very flavorful. A large menu. I think they would be better trying to do fewer things really well. I was left disappointed and will not go out of my... More

We have eaten here twice both times we had terrible service. both times we had to ask for drinks, waiter was rude and obnoxious, and an 18% gratuity was added to our bill automatically. I feel the tip should be a reflection of service provided. The food was tasty but for the price we didn't get enough. We left hungry... More

Always LOVED Wang's in the past. We "heard" they weren't as good but decided to find out for ourselves hoping to prove others wrong, however unfortunately that wasn't the case. Atmosphere is still nice, a bit noisy in the dining area. The food quality has gone downhill and the appetizer "combo" that we had was "horrible". Service was good. I'm... More

Good food, great martinis, great service, a bit snotty at times or, rather, pretentious. Go on an off night and you will love it. On a weekend night when it is busy, forget it. I eat here often, 3 - 4 times a month so I must like it.

This is the place to have scrumptious Chinese food in the Desert. Their food doesn't have the nasty MSG and it just tastes so good. It's also a place to have birthday celebrations/parties as the atmosphere is lively. I would highly recommend eating here as you will not be disappointed.

We've gone through all the stages of grief and we're finally at acceptance. This used to be our "go-to" place here in the desert...our own "Cheers Bar". Food was great, but mostly, this was our home away from home where we were made to feel welcome and like family. I do agree with other reviews that the food has gone... More
