Wait staff made dinner a success

It was chilly the evening we ate there and unfortunately our assigned booth was near the door adjacent to the patio. At our request we were quickly relocated by wait staff away from that door. My ribeye was OK, for a $43 steak, a B-. I cook a better steak at home. My wife ordered the special, a 8oz Filet with crab and truffle. Both steaks ordered medium-rare. Mine came out cooked well, hers was OVER well. It was grey inside ( keep in mind, it was the "special"). Sent back, and a simple seared... More

Thank you for reviewing us, Jake. We would like to sincerely apologize for your recent dining experience with us. We take great pride in providing delicious, quality ingredients, fresh steak that's butchered in-house and friendly, attentive service. It's clear from your review that this was not the case on your visit and we are disappointed that we did not live... More

We really enjoyed the ambience and service last, especially our delightful server, Linda. Our wedge salad was delicious and filling as were the sides of brocollini and twice baked potatoes. Unfortunately, the 36 oz Tomahawk rib steak was about 26 oz of bone and 10 ounces of meat if we were lucky. Lots of fat as well. So we paid... More

My friends and I were visiting Palm Springs and after reading reviews online, decided to go to The Chop House for a good steak dinner. The ambiance is ok - it's not spectacular, but nice enough. It's very, very loud. Our server was friendly - I liked her a lot, but my friends thought she was a bit pushy. The... More

What a wonderful, leisurely dining experience Hubby and I had here! Our first time here and our wait person definitly rose to the occasion. Even though she was very busy, she was pleasant, calm and willing to explain the menu and answer all our questions. She even gave us suggestions for breakfast tomorrow. Amazing wine cellar here, too. You can... More

Some of my favourite food in Palm Springs! The steaks are very, very good and make sure you try the shaved sprouts! The cocktails are well made, the wine is great and the service is first class.

We had an excellent dinner over the holidays. We did not have a reservation, but they were able to accommodate us on a busy night. We were taken to a table in the front of the restaurant and offered a great view of the street. We ordered martinis at the recommendation of the waiter. We had the pork chops and... More

We arrived with two Toddler's in tow (both under the age of two). The service was spectacular from the beginning to the end of the meal. We came celebrating time together, as this was a Holiday and Birthday trip, as well as just wanting to enjoy a lovely meal. We ordered a few appetizers including the Lobster Macaroni and Cheese...
