My wife and I have now eaten here at least 5 times. We stop in when vacationing in Palm Springs. Recently, I had the porcini sauce (mushrooms, garlic, olive oil and parmesan) over penne pasta. It was very flavorful and pasta was prepared at it should be - al dente. My wife chose the Alle Vongole with clams, garlic, olive... More

Nice Italian restaurant with good friendly service. Half portions for kids. A little pricey for the USA, but then you get what you pay for and it was worth it.

Been here for lunch and dinner and loved both. I love the patio fir lunch.the tables are set with linen....and the lunch menu reflects the dinner menu but cheaper till 3:00 in the afternoon. I particularly like the veal dishes offered here.

The bread and tomatoes that they serve before the meal was good, but our dinners were both bland and could have been a frozen meal. (Ordered Risotto Verde and Fettucine Primavera) The chicken tasted like it came from a can. Avoid this place.

Three of us ate at the Aldente, two salmon/ cognac and one porcini mushroom pastas. We sat outside under a propane heater. We were seated promptly just where we wanted, the bottle of wine was at the table within 10 minutes. Food was well prepared and the servers were very attentive without being obtrusive. With the exception of some of... More

Probably our least favourite dining experience in Palm Springs. Nothing particularly wrong with it but there again, nothing particularly good about it either. Service was efficient enough but lacking in any personality. Food was average at best and there really wasn't much atmosphere in the restaurant despite it being fairly full. For main course I had the Scaloppini Limone which... More

we stayed in Palm Springs for several weeks, and ate in many places. Al Dente stands out as the best for us. Lovely Italian food, I had the Spaghetti bolognese, my husband had the lobster raviolli. Salad was crisp, wine was good, patio warm and inviting, not crowded... Service excellent. Will be back when next in town. Depending on where... More

My husband had the spaghetti with sausage and he likes it. I ordered the Pollo Funghi and it was tasty. Staff are also very attentive. Its nice little place if you want to bring a date or couples date.

Service was slow and the food was okay. Good sized portions but not worth the wait. Next time I'll save my money and head to olive Garden.

We stopped here for lunch on the spur of the moment. Nice patio, white table clothes, excellent service, good price and the food was great. We were happy with this find and will be back. We shared a Cesar salad, and my husband had the Carbonara and I had the Lobster Raviolli. We had the tiramisu for dessert which we... More
