Just a bit too rushed.

We dined at this restaurant twice and on both occasions left feeling very full and satisfied. The steaks were cooked to perfection and the calves liver was "to die for".The portions are very generous. Service is efficient with drinks orders being taken virtually as soon as one is seated. This is your grandmother's dining room and what's more, the cooking is better! Yes, better than Grandma's. The 5 layer cakes are beyond belief, and so is the Cobbler. All meals are a great value....when we eat at home we go to Billy Reed's for desert...it's that special...Locals and travelers know this so go early!

Fine dining. Great service and very delicious food. The portions were plentiful, and we made it a point to leave room for dessert, which was to die for!

I've eaten here several times but this is my first review. I love Billy Reeds and eat here every time I’m in Palm Springs. When I lived in L.A. this was quite often. It’s one of the last restaurants that’s not a diner but serves breakfast practically all day. The service and food are always excellent and the décor reminds... More

We were visiting Palm Springs for the first time and met a friend here. He is a local and recommended Billy Reed's. As soon as you walk in it feels as though you walked back in time. The decor is 60's? Lots of wood paneling and nicely upholstered chairs. Our waitress was very friendly and allowed us time to visit... More

I am a foodie and when I travel I look for non-chain restaurants that will birth a new taste bud for me. The food is fills you up but nothing else. I am really rating this a 2.5. The service was great and the price was reasonable if the food tasted better.

Had dinner and drinks here. Bartender was awesome and wait staff excellent. Food was above average and decent prices. Great place for large gathering! 2 thumbs up will return!

Okay, I’m a Palm Springs local and I’ve been a bit negligent and on my reviews. We eat in restaurants at least twice a week and we’ve been to most of the local Palm Springs eateries. We live in the North End of Palm Springs and we see restaurants come and go. Today we ate at Billy Reed’s. Billy Reed’s... More

Have eaten here many times on frequent trips to Palm Springs. Always happy with my dining experiences here. Friendly helpful staff. Lots of seating. Large menu with something to please every taste. Several breakfast items are available all day.

My husband, my mother-in-law, brother-in-law and his family all went out for dinner together since we were in town for a visit. The wait staff and place was very welcoming and enjoyable.
