We arrived after the labour day weekend and the restaurant was quiet. The service was attentive but the food didn't live up to the reviews, I had the spaghettini pomodori and the garlic was burnt which tainted the dish. My husband had the spaghetti with meatballs which he described as Heinz tomato sauce with processed meat in the meatballs and... More

My wife and I decided to try this restaurant after an unhappy experience at a rival Italian restaurant, Sammy G's. In fact a patron at Sammy G's suggested it to us as we were leaving. We headed over and were greeted warmly as we entered. We decided to sit at the bar where we were again warmly greeted by Matt... More

We have become return customers, we are picky and we are happy!! There are no novella cuisine items or updates on classics. It is old school Italian with delicious food and great service. We started with the fried calamari that was lightly battered and fried to a perfect crisp without a hint of oiliness. The bonus was the marinara sauce,... More

You can tell they care about their business. The food is fresh, delicious, and you can taste the quality ingredients! Everyone (all six) commented on how delicious the food was and said it was on their favorites list. It's hard to find good Italian food these days. What some places call pizza boggles the mind!

We found out that it is a family-run business and it shows. Four (?) brothers are running it from the kitchen to table service, after their father, who had cooked for ‘Frank’, opened it umpteen years ago. It was all great service and great food. I had their special of the day Ossobuco, that was world class! We shared the... More

We were recommended this restaurant and also saw the good reviews, but were so disappointed. It was happy hour but we were shown straight to a table and informed that happy hour drinks are only served at the bar. If you want to share a dish then an extra charge is incurred so we skipped starters. I chose the Veal... More

Yummy and a great choice. Celebrated our anniversary with sausage and peppers and halibut lemon sauce. Food was excellent and the tiramisu the best we've had. Our server Daniel was attentive and also gave us space. Wine list very good too! Five out five for us.

Disappointed with the bread and butter - not good at all- especially for an Italian restaurant. I was seated at the worst table in the restaurant when there were seven other places in the restaurant. Had the vegetable past and it was alright. I don't believe the pasta was homemade :( Did not have dessert. Service was ok, nothing great.... More

The bread stick are out of this world. The pizza was great and the service was quick. What more can you say!! Great place, only down fall was they are only open till 9pm. during the week. Found that a little disappointing during spring break. Parking is also hard to find.

I agree with all of the other positive reviews. I had one of the specials for the night. It was halibut with a lemon sauce. My husband had the Steak Sinatra, and our friends had lasagne and lobster. All were excellent. I don't remember our server's name but he wore glasses, he was funny and prompt. The tiramisu was very... More
