Nice food

LGs is a nice steak house but overpriced. Palm Springs is a busy place with a lot of eateries. The food was good and the service OK

Very expensive for the city center where the are surrounded by many other places to dine. The menu is very expensive for a city like Palm Springs. Only go if you eat meat.

My two kids & I stopped in here for a nice steak dinner! The steaks were excellent I will say! I had the NY Strip & my son had the Ribeye! Done just the way we like! My daughter had Shrimp scampi & she enjoyed that as well! The sides were just okay. The mashed potatoes weren't anything to brag... More

Like every other steakhouse on earth, LG is not cheap but they certainly deliver. The atmosphere is typical old-school steakhouse and the service was fine. I had the filet mignon and my husband had the ribeye which were both cooked to perfection. What sets LG apart from a few other steakhouses is that not only were the steaks perfect, but... More

There are better places for a steak in Palm Springs. Although not bad enough to complain about, the steak wasn't very flavorful, and the service was desultory.

Being in PS in July is probably the worst time to go. My daughter and I went for a short getaway. We happened upon LGs as we drifted through the Thursday night street fair. We only were going in to use the bathroom, but the cooling AC beckoned us to stay. Since we had been to Red Shanghai and were... More

The Prime Rib was Great! It was as huge as my head though...so be prepared to bring home some leftovers. Great classic steakhouse atomosphere. On the steakhouse pricey end of the spectrum, but that's what you would expect.

This is our MUST go to whenever we visit Palm Springs. Best wedge salad and filet mignon. The wait staff is wonderfully attentive - Chip is my favorite waiter. The mac and cheese is delicious, as is the mashed garlic potatoes. The brussell sprouts- just okay. They had a seasonal corn that I missed last visit - ask for their... More

The place is old school atmosphere. The filet melted in my mouth. The sides were big enough to share with three other people. The Mac and cheese was amazing. The potatoes were delightful, and the cream of spinach was so creamy. The Ceasar salad was made fresh at the table and the server was on point. You pay for what... More
