Thai Smile is a wonderful Palm Springs restaurant. It is in a convenient location. The decor is comfortable and attractive. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. The wait staff is attentive. They have a full bar. The menu is full of delightful Thai-style items. The food is not the most authentic Thai flavors, but everything is extremely flavorful, freshly... More

Thai is not my favorite food type, but the Thai Smile is changing that. They have moved locations and are now centrally located in a clean, orderly, pretty location. We went the other day for lunch. As soon as we sat down, they brought us Thai iced tea - it was refreshing. I ordered the Chicken Almond Joy - a... More

There are two Thai Smiles: one in Palm Springs on North Indian Canyon and one in Palm Desert/La Quinta on El Paseo - both are excellent with great service, fun ambiance, and wonderful Thai food. My favs are the chicken red curry, cashew chicken, pad thai, thom ka soup (not the right name but the one with coconut milk and... More

This was our first time visiting Palm Springs. Our innkeeper suggested Thai Smile over another Thai place that was located closer to where we were staying. We ordered take-out so we can't speak to the actual restaurant or wait staff. However, we must say that the food we got was very, very, very good despite the fact that we were... More

Thai Smile is always a good choice; reasonable prices; nice luncheon menu with a varied selection. Not on the menu? Just ask. The downside today was our server. Unfriendly, with an attitude of 'not my fault' rather it appeared it was ours because she didn't get our order right. Because of her poor service and unfriendly attitude, we elected to... More

when you can't even prepare Thai fried rice (it was sodden) correctly, you are starting off on the wrong foot. True a nice atmosphere but none of the entrée were original Thai cuisine. Having lived in Thailand for a period of time, I was really disappointed with the food. This was more like a China buffet!

Have been to this restaurant three times and always enjoyed it. This was a Sunday night and we had no reservation, but we were able to get in. They have moved and I like the new restaurant. My husband liked the other location better, smaller and quieter. I like the people scene. Pablo was our waiter and the drinks were... More

My wife and I ate here before and enjoyed it. This time, not so much. We ordered an appetizer and a meal. They both arrived at the same time. The sampler appetizer was all bland, and we like Asian food. The duck meal had delicious broccoli, but the duck was breaded too heavily and it, likw the appetzers, was not... More

We have previously enjoyed the Thai Smile in Palm Springs so hoped that this would be as good. We were not disappointed, good service and very tasty food. We kept returning.

Thai Smile has a great variety of authentic Thai food. Pricing is reasonable & their lunch special includes soup or salad, iced tea & entree. Our party had the red curry, pad thai & chicken noodle & we loved it all. Close to downtown & easy to find. Gets busy for dinner but if you dine before 6:00pm there is... More
