This is a wonderful restaurant. It's a little bit pricey but it can be worth for a special occasion. The waiter was a little stuffy and so are the people dining. Not overall the food was great but again for special occasions. I'm in my 30s and I was probably the youngest person in the restaurant.

Meal started off well with attentive service which tailed off very quickly by dessert. Suspect our server went home as we didn't see her after that, and remaining staff were mooning over some late arrivals from Coachella (!?), effectively ignoring everyone else. We eventually gained their attention for coffee and liqueurs but their disinterest was palpable. I would have understood... More

i wanted to try this downtown french restaurant & we were very happy... we sat on the patio under beautiful trees the owner told us he planted himself years ago... our waiter put on the heater as it got a bit chilly during the evening... we hung out drinking our wine, having a leisurely dinner... food was excellent, we had... The garden setting was terrible. Uneven footing. Just tacky. Way past its prime. Food was good but forget any ambiance.

Why dont you stay in Eureka ? The uneven floor is due to the roots of our beautiful ficus trees, which you most probably did not notice. Sorry to have to tell you that Le Vallauris is still booming and will remain so for the guests who have good taste. Paul Bruggemans, Proprietor More

On our last evening in Palm Springs, we dined at this charming old Palm Springs restaurant in the garden patio. Seated amongst the large trees and twinkling lights gave the place an “old-world” dining allure. Our selection was the special "Prix Fixe" on the menu, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Light soft live music added to the experience. Mind you the... More

We were intrigued enough by this restaurant on a recent trip to Palm Springs during a rainy weekend to make last-minute reservations for an early 6:00pm table for 2 over OpenTable. Upon entering a relatively empty restaurant, the host greeted us politely and took us to a wonderful corner table in the main dining room, a medium-sized space edged by... More

Best place in all the desert to find the real OLD Palm Springs experience. This is what the town was all about! The owner Paul has maintained the amazing service and food that it has become famous for. Pascal, the maitre'd has an UN-nerving memory for guests, even if they have not been there in years! Most people still dress... More

We visited Le Vallauris last week on our arrival in palm springs for our annual visit. Our decision to visit was based on recommendations from Trip Advisor and from our Innkeeper where we are staying. The whole experience was excellent, especially the food which was all superbly cooked. I was especially pleased to find veal on the menu (my favourite... More

There were six of us for dinner. We were greeted pleasantly and shown to a table outside amongst trees and there was also entertainment The food was sensational especially the lobster with Vanilla Butter & Vanilla Sauce. As it was a little unusual we asked for a taste of the sauce. The waiter brought each of them out in beautiful... More

Lovely - everything about it - but the lobster medallions we shared were incredible - one of our best meals ever! We usually share salads and main courses - but could easily have devoured the medallions solo
