This is a Mexican restaurant with a menu that is themed more from Mexico City than Tijuana and which is a nice change from what is typically available in the area. An up scale dining experience in its decor with several private and intimate dining areas scattered throughout the restaurant that includes both inside and outside dining. This is a... More

My partner likes margeritas, so when we were told that The Blue Coyote does the best in town, she immediately wanted to go there. She was not disappointed.............................apparently the Wild Coyote margerita is made up in batches by the owners prior to delivery to the bar and the staff do not know the measurements of ingredients that makes it a... We ate here the other night and it was pretty good. Nothing terribly exciting, but a good place with the kids. The chicken mole I had was delicious and my mango margarita was really tasty. Service was good, place was clean.

This place has the BEST ambience in Palm Springs! The patio is wonderful amongst the misters. The service is also one of the best things about this place. The servers are polite, attentive, and friendly without being overbearing. The food is out of this world and a favorite was the corn chowder....yummmm!!! My boyfriend had the cowboy steak and loved... More

Beautiful location in downtown Palm Springs but the food was definitely not what we expected. There has to be better Mexican restaurant in Palm Springs.

Went here with my partner and my best friend to celebrate my birthday! We started with a pitcher of their famous Coyote Margarita! MMM MMM Good! Not sure what they put in there, but it's good. It was a hot night, so we sat outside under the misters...nice ambience and great servers. We just ordered appetizers so not sure about... More

We wanted the obligatory Mexican dining while visiting PS. Blue Coyote is right on the strip and we'd read great reviews. We drove by on Friday night and it was so busy. We ended up going on a Monday night and got a great patio table. The margaritas really were good. I loved the salsa but my friends didn't really.... More

It happens to most restaurants. Time was, this was a great place. Maybe it still has a good late-night bar scene? The restaurant (and the kitchen), however, are well past their prime. There are plenty of better places in town nowadays.

I was at Blue Coyote with my daughter 7/16/11. I had such a great time, as usual. I ordered the Seafood Salad with the Mango dressing and my daughter ordered the Cobb Salad. All I can say is Yummmmy!!!! The service was great and the strolling singer was fun. He sang "Beautiful Maria of My Soul" from the Mambo Kings... More
