Seems that each winter when we "snowbird" in Palm Springs we visit Blue Coyote. This was our fifth visit and the food is still very good. Good to see they've added a number of "new" items to the menu. My wife had snapper, which was delicious. I had the enchilada especial (couldn't eat it... read more

We eaten here every visit over the last 15 years. Had a great meal last week. Wonderful outdoor heated seating. I ordered the chicken with a spicy cream sauce. Yummy. Only negative was that our waiter acted extremely rushed, made no eye contact and really could not have cared less. It's amazing how that can turn you off on a... More

Had lunch there today. Service was excellent and the staff were very attentive, extremely friendly and served with pride. Had chicken fajitas, with guacamole and of course a very good margarita on the rocks. Outdoor setting in the heart of Palm Springs, lots of action. You will not be disappointed.

We've been coming to the Coachella Valley for 18 years and every visit begins with a visit to Blue Coyote. Their margaritas are simply the best we've ever had. In fact, we pretty much won't drink any other ritas as they just can't measure up to Blue Coyote's. This time we had dinner. Mrs. M and I shared appetizers including... More

The food was very good. My husband had mixed lobster, shrimp and scallop fajita and said that he would order it again. I had enchiladas especial, chicken/beef and cheese, super good and plentiful. Our son, who is vegetarian, had the roasted vegetable sandwich and said that it was delicious. Overall we were not disappointed and will definitely go back. Also... More

Blue Coyote has it all: great location with easy parking in the back, appealing menu and excellent food, very good Margaritas, excellent service with lovely casita-like ambiance, open air dining with numerous fountains. I loved the chicken mole, the best I've ever tasted. I highly recommend this restaurant and have found it to be consistently excellent over a number of... More

Fantastic outdoor patio and great Mexican food. Be sure to order the Blue Coyote Margs as they are great! The tequila shrimp appy is fantastic and so are the tacos. You can't go wrong!

I have been coming to this restaurant for 5 years now and have always been happy with the food and atmosphere. Brought 2 new people here and it was the best Mexican food all 3 of us have ever had. Started with coconut shrimp and guacamole. Main course was seafood fajitas, seafood burritos and a chicken salad. Lots of very... More

Got off the plane checked in to the condo and went to the Cayote. As always, the most fabulous frajita dinner! Great service, fabulous food and wonderful setting!

We only had a quick visit here to the Coyote on a night out in PS (during a 5 day stay). We had heard about their legendary margaritas and they did not disappoint! Strong, tasty and very authentic. Although we never ate, we sat up at the bar and were given complimentary tortilla chips and dips - again very fresh... More
