We have stopped here for a quick lunch and found this beautiful oasis. We sat outside surrounded by flowers and hummingbirds. The food was absolutely delicious and service beyond our expectation and the pricing was just like a cherry on a cake. The place was quickly filling up so I would suggest to book a table or come early.

Great outdoor seating with large well made drinks. Food and service is very good. Mostly Southwestern menu.

We have had lunch at the Blue Coyote before. It's just as good now, if not better. There is patio dining, a full service bar with sports channel and an inside dining area. Things were busy; the PS Outdoor art sale was on diagonally across the street. We were seated immediately on the patio-a great place to people watch. Our... More

I had been here any number of times in the distant post and remembered it well so went back Now that I live here. Same fun feeling same great service but kind of a schizo menu. Had enchiladas which were very good. Killer maggies!

The "B" food inspection rating took us aback, but we had heard good things and gave it a try. The staff were fun and attentive. The food was really good, right with the start with the chips and salsa. The drinks were great. The place is 5 or more years overdue for a refresh. A crowd of loyal fans poured... More

This is a very comfortable and casual restaurant with a fairly-priced wide range of southwest menu items. On a warm October evening, we sat in an open window seat, feeling like we were outside. If they're playing live music, table conversation becomes a bit difficult. Drinks are well presented. The food was nicely prepared and presented. Staff is attentive and... More

The food here is just fine, but the real star is the wild coyote margarita. A pitcher of these will set you back a fair amount, but they're worth the investment as a pitcher will also knock you and your friends on your rears, if that is the goal. Don't sit inside and expect to be fun. The inside diners... More

My friend and I were pleasantly surprised with the margaritas, the food and the service here. We had ceviche as an appetizer and shredded chicken enchiladas. The jalapeños were awesome that I got on the side. Super spicy and great flavor!

We had a great outdoor meal. Known for their seafood and Mexican food, we had two lovely salads. Pretty big restaurant, service was okay (not super great). Oh, and my Margarita was VERY tasty! :-)
