I noticed on their menu they are celebrating their 20th year. That is just about as long as we have been eating there, every year or two when we visit Palm Springs. At that time, they had an excellent Southwest and Mexican cuisine. Over the years, they have migrated toward the Mexican side, and... read more

My husband and I stopped in for happy hour drinks and apps and were told to have a seat at the bar. There weren't any spots in the bar, so we revisited the hostess. She checked with the bartender who said we could sit at a table and get happy hour prices. He waited on us - very accommodating. Had... More

The food was great. Patio dining was nice. Service a little hit and miss. No beer on tap, which is a negative for me. Husband liked the margarita on the rocks.

Went with friends and we had a lovely table outside. The table was under a canopy so it was perfect - not cold or windy. I didn't have a margarita (I am the driver) but others did - very strong and tasty! We had a shrimp appetizer and guacamole - both very good. I had the shrimp tacos. They were... More

An old favorite in Palm Springs -locals and tourists return often. The food is good, authentic and many choices. Pleasant surroundings if you sit outside with sidewalk/street views. Colorful designs, good bar area, and nice wait staff complete a pretty good restaurant with reasonable prices and nice atmosphere.

Mexican food isn't always our families first choice (only reason for the average rating) but we thought we would give this place a try. It didn't disappoint, friendly staff, good menu. We waited a while for our food but when it arrived it was fresh and hot. The portion sizes were good for the prices, especially the kids meal option.... More

If you like Southwest food and a great garden atmosphere then Blue Coyote is for you. We ordered the pitcher of margaritas and for four people it was a tasty good deal with two glasses each.

Wild Coyote Margarita is true to name. Whenever we visit Palm Springs, Blue Coyote Grill is a must and so is the margarita.

This restaurant has Killer Margarita's and great food. You can sit outside in the patio's or can be seated in small rooms that were originally part of a home. Ambiance is great and a fun place to visit. Just another part of Palm Springs history!
