We get away to the Viceroy in Palm Springs quite often for a little get away, six times this year. We have always loved our experience there as the staff is so accommodating, friendly and helpful. We always love to experience the knowledge & humor of Harrison. The Viceroy is a special place, beautiful and charming...we always look forward to... More

Leaps and Bounds is how we'd describe our recent dining at Citron at the Viceroy Palm Springs - having dined there before, the new chef has a talent not seen at this scene, and we absolutely loved it ::: A cocktail at the small and classy bar before dinner was the way to start a great evening ::: Sitting poolside... CITRON at the Viceroy Hotel is simply the BEST! If you haven been there in a while it's time to revisit this amazing restaurant. New executive chef Patrice Martineau has created a new mouth watering menu and is introducing unique and exquisite taste sensations. The staff is excellent and made our dining experience memorable. I dined here last night for a business dinner and I am beyond impressed. Had been a couple times before a year ago but everything about Citron last night has elevated to a level of pure perfection unlike before. Its dining experiences like these that remind us how truly enjoyable food and dining can be. As a professional chef I... More

I'd like to think of myself as a world traveler, and one with a knowledgable pallet for what excellent food should taste like. While dining at the Citron, I felt out of my element, the food expresses itself in such a unique way. I did not feel like I was in Palm Springs at all... The food transcends you. I... More

We were so happy to dine at Citron. The menu is edgy California-French. The dining room is hip and cool as is the menu. The food is as visually interesing as it is delicious. A hamachi ceviche arrived on a bed of tiny diced perfectly purple potatoes, thinly sliced hamachi tuna, lightly touched with a bright dressing. Tiny dots of... More

I frequenly travel to Palm Springs for some R&R. Being from Los Angeles, I am quite spoiled with dining options. There are so many fabulous restaurants. On this trip to the desert I was pleasantly surprised to discover Citron at the Viceroy. Apparently the Chef and menu are new and all I can say is Congratulations Viceroy! I just loved... More

Renowned Executive Chef Patrice Martineau brings his expert and refreshing touch to the Citron's Bento lunch menu. The hardest part was making the choice between the fabulous lunch selections. My box was not only a pleasure to the palate but an absolute feast to the eye. One of my new favorite restaurants, can’t wait to go back for dinner.
