We were celebrating a Birthday and chose this restaurant on a recommendation. We were not disappointed with this new address. Food was delicious and with care prepared. The service was perfect, and nicely timed. We will be back. The restaurant is now on the top of our "MUST GO" list.

Among the many restaurants in the Palm Springs area, Citron stands out for the ambience and quality of food. This relatively small restaurant located at the Viceroy resort is a masterpiece in culinary delight. The limited menu speaks to the expertise of the chef. During one week we ate at Citron for dinner twice. Waiters and staff are quite hospitable... More

We spent two nights at the Viceroy and ate most all of our meals at Citron. It is very convenient for hotel guests and offers options on food and where you'd like to eat. We had several lunches by the pool-great food but getting a waiter to come by sometimes took a while, so that we'd just go up to... More

Last night we had a perfect meal at Citron. The watermelon gazpacho was like nothing we ever experienced. Smooth, delicately flavored. The seared scallop appetizer was cooked to perfection and the flatbread was full of rich, tasty olives, tomatoes, cheeses and arugula. My husband had shrimp tacos, very satisfying. For dessert I had a frozen Meyer lemon mousse and he... More

We stayed in the beautiful Viceroy hotel for 3 nights. We decided to try the restaurant there called Citron. After our first meal we could not go anywhere else. From breakfast to dinner the food is just amazing and so is the atmosphere, the service and the decor. The taglioni with lobster is delicious, the gazpacho is perfect, the mediterranean... More

We had the pleasure of dining here recently and wow what a great time. I would highly recommend to those visiting this area to check out this place. Atmosphere - very good. Modern, clean, inviting. The entry way is basically hidden - would have driven right by if it wasn't for the valet station. Made you feel like you were... More

The only reason I did not give this restaurant a top rating was because the menu was very limited. The food was very good but I would expect a restaurant with as high a reputation as this place has would bave more of a selction on its menu. The service was friendly and personable and accurate but a bit slow.... More

Trendy designer Kelly Wearstler set the scene for this Palm Springs classic, and fortunately the food and service are equals of the design, inside and out. We've been here countless times and consider it de rigueur for Palm Springs visitors. The reaction is always "Wow! We didn't know this was here!" It deserves to be more widely known, as opposed... The Viceroy Ambiance speaks for itself, however the service, cocktails and small plates lived up to that classy standard. Close out of town friends were welcomed to this trendy spot that was not crowded.(We were early) Our server, Harrison was impeccable. He was trained well and exuded a naturally polite, manner, downright charming , yet a patient demeanor. He knew the... More

Small plates and drinks at the Citron - best kept secret! Beautiful surroundings, great place to meet the girls. Ask John to make a Desert Jewel!
