Great burgers and onion rings. Casual dining, great for families. Wait staff was especially friendly. We did not stick around for it, but they were preparing to have live music.

Great JOINT(!) with a generous helping of jazz accompanying your generous, delicious burgers and crispy fries. It's small, funky and really exuberant fun. Eat at the counter out front OR slide into the back room and take a seat near the small stage where the musicians will dish up great music from the great American songbook. Really, really fun evening!

Recommended we entered a very busy eatery. Old style Diner in the front and a jazz bar in the back. Food tasty and freshly made. Enjoyed the experience and would recommend to fellow travellers.

I stopped at Woody’s for a quick bite to eat on our way to Phoenix with a friend. Woody's has the feel of a 50’s diner and provides great burgers at inexpensive prices. The menu is simple and you can’t really go wrong with any type of burger you pick. Highly recommended!

We were fortunate enough to get a last minute table and were we glad we did! Great burgers, the best beer battered onion rings we've ever had and a live group who played everything from rock to blues and never took a break! We'll be back!

Inexpensive eateries in Palm Springs are few and far between. But Woody's provides excellent burgers and inexpensive prices. The menu is limited but there are good salads sides and draft beers. The front of Woodys is the classic 50's diner, bright, counters and a colour way of red and white. But the hidden gem is the back room where excellent... More

For two consecutive years we've enjoyed Dixieland jazz with our burgers on Mardi Gras. Burgers are good and Stan Watkins and friends provide the Jazz. Woody's has jazz other nights as well. Good inexpensive food and entertainment. The decor is basic but that's not what people go for.

We were very impressed. We had reservations for the restaurant and as soon as we arrive the three piece Jazz band began to play, in the back room of the restaurant. Great music and talented singer. The food was high quality and so tasty. I was impressed. Do yourself a favor and try out the Slider Sampler. I had a... More

Don't let the 1st outside impression fool you... while there is a small old-fashioned diner bar in the front... its a swanky little Jazz room with great talent, room to swoon and dance in the back! Creative burgers made with fresh ingredients... portobello mushroom with blue cheese, teriyaki & pineapple, vegan, or build your own... try/share several as a trio... More
