My husband and I dined at TRIO on Sunday, July 27. Dominic was our server and he was great, in addition to our meals - my husband had the pot roast and I had the scallops. In the end, we couldn't decide on our desserts and Dominic tried to steer us in the direction of his favorite, which we decided... More

We enjoyed a great brunch at Trio on a hot Saturday afternoon with one significant measure of disappointment. The restaurant design is retro chic and the service delivered was outstanding. My wife enjoyed delicious corn cakes and eggs off the brunch menu along with unlimited mimosas for $12. I enjoyed 2 outstanding Bloody Mary's and ordered the fresh fish tacos.... More

I have been to Trio a few times now and while I like the ambience, the food is rather disappointing and the menu poorly constructed. In the middle of summer in the desert one really wants light simple cooking but what you get is mashed potatoes or pasta with everything. The only dish I used to really like was the... More

I have been coming to this restaurant for 4 years now and the never disappoint. I always bring visitors to Palm Springs here. I even had my birthday dinner here. The owner's had the right recipe to make this restaurant great.... and year after year it becomes more popular. This really is "Where Palm Springs Eats". Now with their new... More

Had Happy Hour drinks and dinner here at the end of our stay in Palm Springs. Wish we had discovered it earlier in the trip--we would have returned! The waitstaff is super friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful. We were especially pleased with our server, Nate--his service was EXCEPTIONAL! He was knowledgeable about the meals, and his recommendations were perfect! The... More

Had dinner here our last night in Palm Springs and had a fantastic dinner. The meals are well-priced, the drinks are great, and the food is incredible.

After eating at a very good, tho overpriced restaurant the night before, my husband and I decided to give Trio a try. Upon entering we were greeted by a friendly host who was able to seat us right away. The staff was very attentive without being overbearing. Our wonderful server, Al, was knowledgable about the foods. Everything was a great... More

From appetizer to dessert, Trio offers one culinary delight after another. Their specialty drink menu offers a Spatini (a cucumber infused martini) that is intoxicatingly light and refreshing. Their Peachy Keen (one of my favorites) could be descibed as dessert with a buzz. While it is made with peach schnapps, it tastes as if someone melted a pint of cherries... More

My husband and I went to Trio for "date night." We had always heard about Trio but had never been. Food was delicious and our server Lauren was awesome!

After golfing in the AM went to Trio for lunch. Place was very busy, great host and wait staff. Drink selection was good, food was excellent. If anyone is in PS or nearby it is worth the trip. If you are up for a drink must try the uptown/downtown, amazing.
