My husband and I dined here for a late afternoon bite to eat. He had shrimp quesadillas and I had a Caesar salad. Both were delicious but the salad was a beautiful work of art. The drinks were great but a bit pricey. After we walked around the grounds and gardens. If you go for no other reason it should... More

I had heard great things about The Parker and Norma's, so my husband and I stopped in for breakfast while vacationing in Palm Springs. The hostess wordlessly walked us to a giant booth at the very back of the restaurant, which was big enough for a party of 8 and next to a large group with several screaming children. I... More

We visited Norma's for breakfast. The ambience and 'feel' of the hotel generally, and Norma's specifically is special. The service was efficient and friendly. The complimentary smoothy on arrival was welcome. We both ordered Norma's Eggs benedict- the sauce was perfect and the pancake base instead of muffin was a great take in the classic. Others before have commented on... More

So take a bench seat on the outer edge of the restaurant and enjoy the cafe atmosphere. the meal portions are VERY large, we opted to spit them between us. very creative presentation, the breakfast menu was difficult to decide on as every meal we saw was fabulous looking...and huge.

Keep in mind it gets very busy and the service is slow outside... but thats where the best ambiance is. Nutella jacks, potato pancakes..just really good food!

My husband and I went to Norma's at the Parker Hotel for our anniversary brunch. Everything on the menu looked amazing (waffles, flapjacks, eggs benny, salads etc). The breakfast was delicious and the portions huge. Prices are slightly higher than average but well worth it (we paid $70 for breakfast). The hotel and grounds itself is also worth a visit.... More

The previous evening we had an excellent spur-of-the-moment dinner at Mr. Parkers. Because of that positive experience, we decided to return for Sunday brunch at Normas. A big mistake. This was the typical overpriced, medicore food, terrible service experience that is too commonly the case at high-end hotels that rely on their captive audience rather than trying to provide a... All the food here is fabulous. Amazing breakfast selection (great smoothies) and the fish tacos for lunch or dinner are amazing. Meal sizes are extremely generous.

I like this place. It's a cool spot to admire the decor and get lost in the nostalgia of the midcentury modern life. Tonight, on my third visit, the slow service changed my perspective of The Parker. The service was slow if not nonexistent for our meal. We had to flag down staff inside for drinks. Food was okay but... More
