I had the brick chicken entree - which was cooked perfectly. The waitstaff are very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was also good, lots of variety though a bit over-priced. The setting is picturesque - though they would gain much by installing a misting system to keep the outside dining area cooler.

Norma's serves up some of the best breakfast fare I've ever had! Every item on the menu gets your mouth watering! We had a group of girls and we all shared different items. The portions are large so be prepared to either share or take home leftovers. The breakfast quesadilla is amazing and so is the Wa-Zaa, Macadamia Pancakes, Donuts... More

Not only is the breakfast menu varied, but each dish is a visual experience. The banana waffle looks like a star burst logo and the bagels and lox is lush with lox drapped over the bagel halfs in a most artistic manner -- besides being of high quality. Though the price is higher than most restaurants who serve breakfast, the... More

I love the Parker (except for his staff) but I don't always stay there in PS so a good way to enjoy this venue and its garden is the Norma. The outdoor seating, lighting, brazilian music is fantastic during the day or at night. Food is average, not especially creative or impressive but it's OK and the atmosphere creates all... More

We recently ate at Norma's during a long weekend visit to Palm Springs. Our brunch was outstanding - the lobster omelet and lobster salad stood out, however the side of warm Norma's doughnuts took the meal over the top. Our server was incredibly attentive without being overbearing. Whilst not cheap, the meal certainly stood out amongst others we enjoyed (including... More

I was very excited about eating at Norma's based off of the energy one gets from entering the Parker Hotel. Norma's is located towards the back, in a lush green garden. The decor is very cool. The food is pricey, but very good. I was there for dinner and ordered fish tacos, which were fresh and great. We started with... More

It is pricey, but so good! We stayed at The Parker and ate here twice. First time, we ordered the salmon eggs Benedict and a Waz-za. I LOVED my Waz-za! Next time, it was huevos ranchero and berry french toast. Very good, but I preferred the Waz-za. Now the orange juice is definitely fresh, but also $6. My husband liked... More

We visited the modernism shops in Palm Springs and then had lunch at the Parker. The car attendants and waiter were terrific. I especially liked our waiter who told us the history of the Parker. The food was pretty good. I had the fish tacos with fish grilled...could have been a little more fish in the tacos. I wanted more... More

Visited twice same week for breakfast. On the first visit the staff were superb and food delicious. The breakfast menu has so many good choices it's hard to choose. The outdoor terrace is modern and comfortable and all aspects of the service were well executed. On our second visit the computer system had failed and carnage followed. The wait time... More
