great outdoor setting

coffee bar inside is great. At this nightly price point, you would hope for complimentary coffee however. Staff super friendly. Not a huge menu, but everything was very fresh.

My wife is a crazy Jonathan Adler fan so we booked a table at Norma's during our visit to PS last week. It was lovely and she was bowled over with the experience. The food was lovely, service first class and the grounds exceptional. Expensive, obviously, but well worth it for the memories.

We arrived at the hotel about 3pm to check in and were told that Norma's was closed so we could only get something to eat from the pool bar. That took 45 minutes to get a salad. We then went back to Normas for breakfast on our first morning and had to wait 10 minutes before any server appeared. That's... More

Loved the food here along with the ambiance. Can't wait to go back! The service was great and they were very friendly with our toddler.

LOVED this restaurant! It may have helped that it is stlyed like an orange and yellow vintage Lilly Pulitzer fabric, and I have a vintage Lilly dress that is just made for the space, BUT, the food and the service is phenominal! The menu is FUN and different,. and always pleases! Portions are totally American...large! The salads are KILLER! EVeryone... More

The service was never particularly good, but the food and quirky charm were strong enough that I was willing to overlook it. Now that the charm has completely faded and the food is at best marginally better than mediocre, the almost complete lack of service borders on being insulting. Starwood presents Norma's as "5 Star", but that's some marketing intern's... More

I've been coming to Palm Springs for over 10 years. Finally decided to try brunch at Norma's because I have gone to Norma's at Parker Meridian in New York many times and enjoyed it. There is no possible way to justify the menu prices here except they have customers who don't care if they are charged $23 for over cooked... More

Norma's offers a protected and discreet outdoor dining experience in the Parker - a quietly elegant hotel set in an expansive but intimate landscaped courtyard. The food was prepared with originality and an emphasis on simple classics - carefully reinterpreted. The service was prompt and polite. The "high-mid" prices were warranted by the authentic mid-century design setting; the intimacy; and... More

I've always love the service at this hotel but the last time at Norma's we had such a ball with the waiter. I was with a group of girlfriends and he had us all laughing and enjoying our time there so much. I wish I could remember his name but he was there for brunch and he was awesome.
