Norma's offers a protected and discreet outdoor dining experience in the Parker - a quietly elegant hotel set in an expansive but intimate landscaped courtyard. The food was prepared with originality and an emphasis on simple classics - carefully reinterpreted. The service was prompt and polite. The "high-mid" prices were warranted by the authentic mid-century design setting; the intimacy; and... More

I've always love the service at this hotel but the last time at Norma's we had such a ball with the waiter. I was with a group of girlfriends and he had us all laughing and enjoying our time there so much. I wish I could remember his name but he was there for brunch and he was awesome.

Norma's restaurant in Palm Springs is a Diamond in the Rough waiting to be transformed, told by hotel staff that a new restaurant is under construction that will combine services to hotel guests Emily the Hostess at Norma"s uses her skills to provide EXCELLENT customer service, The $23.00 Hamburger along with the $18.00 "pancakes" are excellent choices. This place is way overrated. Needs an overhaul with management. We got there at 1240pm for lunch. We waited about 10 minutes behind several couples to get to the hostess. The restaurant was fairly busy but there were several empty tables. When we finally got to the front, the nice hostess told us to "wait a few" minutes while she... More

My husband and I dined here for a late afternoon bite to eat. He had shrimp quesadillas and I had a Caesar salad. Both were delicious but the salad was a beautiful work of art. The drinks were great but a bit pricey. After we walked around the grounds and gardens. If you go for no other reason it should... More

I had heard great things about The Parker and Norma's, so my husband and I stopped in for breakfast while vacationing in Palm Springs. The hostess wordlessly walked us to a giant booth at the very back of the restaurant, which was big enough for a party of 8 and next to a large group with several screaming children. I... More

We visited Norma's for breakfast. The ambience and 'feel' of the hotel generally, and Norma's specifically is special. The service was efficient and friendly. The complimentary smoothy on arrival was welcome. We both ordered Norma's Eggs benedict- the sauce was perfect and the pancake base instead of muffin was a great take in the classic. So take a bench seat on the outer edge of the restaurant and enjoy the cafe atmosphere. the meal portions are VERY large, we opted to spit them between us. very creative presentation, the breakfast menu was difficult to decide on as every meal we saw was fabulous looking...and huge.

Keep in mind it gets very busy and the service is slow outside... but thats where the best ambiance is. Nutella jacks, potato pancakes..just really good food!
