Third year in a row for our birthday holiday meal

The restaurant was in walking distance of our resort, and we walked there to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Our meals were delicious. My husband had duck with risotto and I had vegetable polenta. The servings were just the right size (I don't like huge portions), so that we had room for dessert: a flight of creme brulees: butterscotch, chocolate and... More

The duck confit tacos were excellent, but even better was the soup tasting trio. Very hip atmosphere with very hip clientele most of whom were locals. Great spot to walk over to if you are stuck at a convention at the Marriott.

I ate in the bar Wednesday night. Both bartenders working were VERY attentive. They had an excellent selection on their bar menu. I recommend the flatbread pizza (kale and pesto). It was awesome. And the dessert Apple Cinnamon Tart (with extra sea salt caramel) was some of the best I've eaten. Definitely put it on your list when visiting Palm... More

This was our first time at Cork Tree after it was recommended by friends. Our server, Greg, was excellent and very pleasant. He made a suggestion from the bar menu that I was not aware of which turned out to be excellent - the tuna done 3 different ways. I had the scallops as my entree and my husband had... More

Every time I'm in Palm Desert, I try to wrangle in a meal here. They cater to my gluten free needs and we enjoy their impeccable service. Looking forward to a 4th visit

I went there for dinner with a friend of mine it wasn't a date. We had three courses appetizer salad main course. The staff was friendly enough but the service was subpar. It was also quite noisy for a small restaurant. Now for the food wasn't very tasty at all this is definitely not an upscale restaurant that it claims to... More

Cork Tree is one of the better restaurants in the Valley. Also works hard to accommodate you. We had a group of either and originally asked to be seated inside. Changed our minds and asked to sit outside. Not a problem at all.

We live out of the area but we always visit this restaurant when we are in the Palm Desert area. Visit after visit, meal after meal, year after year, this is always a predictably excellent restaurant. Imaginative and creative food from the chef, very good wine list and always good service. This is a place to put on your dinner... More

In a so-so mall, but inside ambience okay. Service only average. Advertised as great example of California cuisine, but we were very disappointed that there were very few dishes that met that criterion. Food was not bad, but Roy's and Copleys were way better.
