Lovely dining on the terrace

We shared dinner on the terrace under the heat lamps. The menu offered a broad selection of italian dishes. Each one better than the last. We started with salads and then had the waiter divide a pasta dish 3 ways. We chose the wide noodle with white truffle oil, it was perfect with just the rights... read more

This is fine Italian dining, with generous food portions. All of my friends at our dinner really enjoyed their meals. The outdoor patio is large, well appointed and attractive. We would highly recommend this restaurant.

one of the best restaurants in the Coachella Valley, with attractive indoor and outdoor seating,it can be busy, but the waiters were all good, the menu large and varioed, and overall good food( except for the tragic Caesar salad!). We ate here twice and were very pleased on both occasions.

Have been coming to the desert for years and have never eaten at La Spiga. Will return again one of the best meals we've ever had in the desert. The setting, service and food was outstanding. Loved it. Mike & Patsy Saratoga CA

sitting on the patio under the moon with a breathtaking view of the mountains, excellent food, wonderful service, terrific well priced wine list, what more could anyone want? incredibly crowded, yet smooth service, fresh food, halibut baked in parchment was divine, the calamari still the best anywhere, the chocolate banana cake amazing! book at least a week in advance for... Beautiful outdoor dining,, relatively fast service, server was good. Food was average and GREATLY overpriced and the matre'd was an absolute snob and quite rude. He does the restaurant a great disservice. It will be a loooong time before we go back, if ever.

We decide to have our 25th anniversary dinner at La Spiga with 4 of our friends. Despite being a busy time of year, and fairly short notice, we had an excellent table in the outer courtyard. Being busy, the service was a little slow at first, but during the rest of the evening was very good. The wine selection was... More

were back with a large group of businessmen and sat in the pavilion with the fireplace. Service was outstanding, even though this is an extremely busy large restaurant. When we told server we wanted to try different pastas as a separate course, the chef obliged with large family style platters of the best pastas we have ever tried. The branzino... More

if you go make sure you sit outside on the patio. The servers are great, probably the best I have ever experience. The prices are a bit high but compared to other pricey restaurants, this place is probably the best value for money The food is good but the chef isn't very accommodating.( Don't ask for garlic mashed potatoes instead... I think I was overwhelmed when the bill came. Really??? A cranberry soda for 9.00...Wishing to change the veggies, cost 9.00 for the substitution (spinach instead of potatoes and green beans). The restaurant is very nice looking with an outside patio which includes the herb garden. The staff were helpful, although my plate came with green beans and potatoes instead... More
