Frig was lacking in anything exciting for dinner, so we popped down to Cuistot's and enjoyed some great lamb sliders with a salad first. The wine was delicious, too. I love their bar, so very French and romantic with the pretty lamp style lights at the bar. The owner and Chef is a delight...very, very French. It's an elegant setting... More

We tried the restaurant last year during restaurant week and loved the food. We were in the desert last week and decided to go again. We had the pre-fixed menu in the "Brasserie 25" and thought it was good. Went back again two nights later and ordered the same pasta but it was cooked differently and was not as good.... More

we come here on every visit to Palm Springs. The wine, food and service are always delightful. For those more budget sensitive, they have just introduced a fixed price bistrot. Definitely worth trying if you've never been

Absolutely horrific set up for an Easter Brunch. If you wanted only hot food, you had to wait all through the cold food line just to even get to the hot food! Very poorly serviced brunch - items would run out and they either would not be replenished at all or in an extremely non-efficient manner (taking a lot of... More

Dined here on a busy Saturday night and the service was excellent. Staff were very friendly and exceptionally knowledgable about all aspects of the food and wine offered. Ambience was very good with a good 'buzz' going on. Food was very good - baked oysters to start with Sea bass as entree - both very tasty. Highly recommend this restaurant... More

We've eaten here twice in the past two weeks. Food is generally very good. The service the first time was good but this time it was terrible! Very quiet night but they still couldn't keep things moving. Water refills were uneven. Course timing was off. Always looking for server but she wasn't anywhere to be seen. Unfortunately the evening was... More

This is a beautiful building with a terrific patio. And the food matches the quality of the facility. Great service every time.

Our friends thought we should enjoy this special place and indeed we did. This elegant French inspired restaurant was the perfect place for a lunch and fashion show. The atmosphere is very continental, the food elegantly presented and extremely good, the fashion show quite entertaining and the whole ambience , an event. All in all, a sensual moment to remember... We make an annual visit to Palm Desert and have been eating at Cuistot on one of our nights there. We LOVE French food and wine. This restaurant has a 'Brasserie 25" menu in Chef Bernard's Room - 3 courses for $25 - it's a real deal and the food is fabulous. You get to choose the starter and entree... More
