Our meal here was good and liked the creativity but a number of service snafus really compromised the overall experience. Servers were genuinely friendly and seemed to be working hard. However, frustrations included overall delays, food brought to the table that wasn't ours-not really a big deal, the check and hand towels brought to our table before our food-not good... More

Pretty good. No deals and it seemed a bit pricey. We had Tuna Sashimi, eel sushi and a shrimp crunch roll. All was good. Could have been a better roll. Lots of crunch and rice, not much crab meat.

Excellent sushi. The service was fantastic. Relatively quiet in a comfortable setting. Only complaint (minor) choice of cocktails was sparse to nonexistent. Would return.

This sushi restaurant won Palm Springs Life Best Japanese Restaurant award for 2012 and 2013. It has a small seating capacity and a cozy, small outdoor patio facing El Paseo Drive. Service was pleasant and efficient, no sign of the problems other revues mentioned. The sushi was terrific and prices were very reasonable.

A waiter gave us our menus and disappeared, finally we asked another waiter to take our order after which our waiter showed up briefly to confirm our order. The food was served by the hostess and we had to ask another waiter to get our bill. The sushi was actually quite good but the evening was spoiled by lousy service.

We ate here the night before Thanksgiving with a group of 4, 2 moms and our teenage daughters who were in town for a field hockey tournament. The setting is pretty and it was great to sit outside with the heaters. Sushi was fine, perhaps even above average, but really nothing special. Our server was rude, condescending, and slow and... we are from santa barbara, have sushi twice a week and when it comes to sushi we do not count. I was very skeptical to try sushi in this area, we are spoiled by the best fish in santa barbara, and have been disappointed several time here in the greater palmspring. This time, thanks to my husband who looked on... More

If you are a sushi affection ado then this is a must visit on El Paseo. They have all of the normal maki, nigiri and sashimi offerings, all made with exceptionally fresh fish, however, it is with their specialty rolls that this restaurant reaches new heights. With imagination and a flare for the combining ingredients they have a fabulous offering... More

We had dinner here and tried three maki rolls and two specialty rolls, split between two of us. The maki rolls were good but the specialty rolls (spider and ko-ko) were outstanding. The only issue I have is that the prices are a bit too high, as the specialty rolls cost $16 and $19 and had only 6-8 pieces. Their... More
