Great food in a nice environment

We have eaten here many times and the food is always good. The tables (booths for four) are a bit small and not that comfortable but that can be overlooked because the food is very good. If you are a party of 3 or more request a table not a booth. My husband had the salmon, my mom the... read more

A cozy spot in Palm Desert with delicious food and wines. It's a cool atmosphere as the wine shop leads into a posh restaurant. Overall great service and it wasn't too busy when we dined. We started with the house salad, and had the duck confit flatbread which was delicious! Definitely recommend!

I need to start with a resounding YES for the idea behind this place! Ie, choose a bottle at market price, add a $5 corkage fee and voila, refreshingly affordable wine bar! Wish we had a place like this near home in Texas. Is this idea a California thing? Anyway, my husband and I were joining friends here the other evening... More

We live nearby and frequently will go here for Happy Hour. Service is generally competent, the prices are fair, and the food is good. What more does one need to know? I will add that it is in an odd location between El Paseo (the Rodeo Drive of the desert) and Hwy. 111. It is probably how it got the... More

I used to love the Palomino which was origionally in this location. I found 3rd corner not interesting, neither the menu or the atmosphere

Met friends for a Saturday 8:pm reservation, we were seated and waitress informed us of the specials... My friend chose a wine from their unbelievable selection, it was brought, opened and tasted... Now when we got to the table the place was maybe half full and they sat us right next to a POS machine (point of sale) so the... More

Have eaten their twice and thoroughly enjoy the atmosphere and the pleasure of picking wines for your meal at the wine shop next door. For a modest corkage fee $5.00 you can choose your wine and take a chance and splurge on something higher end, With no huge markups by the restaurant it is a great deal. Food and service... More

This was our second visit and came through again. Both times here, we have had a wine by the glass recommendation we liked so much we purchased bottles for home. The menu selection is quite varied, something for everyone. The food is consistently good and service consistently friendly. There is a main floor and slightly elevated level. Main level is... More

Reviewed this a couple of years ago when we enjoyed two visits during our holiday. This time we were rather disappointed. We were given a poor table and the service wasn't great by US standards. The food also seemed to have gone down hill from what we remembered. It seemed to have reverted to the slightly over elaborate "fine dining"... More

we were there for valentine's day dinner. it's probably the most profitable/important day in the restaurant business other than mother's day. we had a waiter who didn't know the price of the prix fix menu for valentine's day special, how many oysters it came with, and didn't ask how my husband liked his steak when he took the order. it...
