Description: Welcome to hamburger heaven! At GRILL-A-BURGER we have a passion for hamburgers. We make our trendsetting burgers the old-fashioned way using only the finest and freshest ingredients available. Our hand crafted, grilled-to-order, moist and juicy patties are made daily from fresh (never frozen) 100% all-natural USDA Inspected Choice Beef, free of artificial hormones, antibiotics, and other things that don’t belong in hamburgers. And we have nice buns, too! They are freshly baked daily at a local bakery. Buns are slightly toasted and garnished with garden crisp lettuce, hand-sliced red onion, vine-ripened tomato and sliced kosher pickles. Our homemade French fries are never frozen and are only made with fresh Idaho Russet potatoes that are hand cut, double-fried and lightly salted without any processing steps in between. And we change our zero trans fat oil every day! Clean oil = crisp, great-tasting fries! Our authentic soda fountain milkshakes and malts are hand-dipped, hand spun and made with premium vanilla bean ice cream, whole milk and natural flavorings. All served in a place that considers our environment by using food packaging that is all natural and made from annually renewable resources by buying from as many local vendors as possible and, of course, by using energy efficient equipment and recycling. We hope this is everything that you have been looking for in a burger place and MORE! Again, welcome and enjoy!Awards includeBest Burger Desert Sun 2008, 2009, 2010Best Burger Palm Springs Life 2011-12LA Times Best Burger in the Inland Empire 2012

Great cute restaurant - sit down casual. My husband and I shared the Garlic Burger, our kids had the cheeseburger each and we shared the tri-fries (garlic, yam, onion rings) and all was absolutely delicious. Kids also had rootbeer floats - total bill was $47.00. Very reasonable. They have the regular burgers and the mini burgers. Mini burgers are size of sliders.... More

We saw this was the #1 rated place to eat in Palm Desert and just down the street from our hotel...so we tried it. It is very casual with a huge selection of unique burgers and dogs. We ordered the #12 - "What a friend we have in cheeses" burger and the "Honolulu Lulu" along with a small fry and... More

Seriously overrated. It doesn't even go on my top 10 burger places. There's no ventilation so you're going to end up smelling like French fries the entire day.

This is a small place in a strip mall but is worth going to. The hamburgers are huge and delicious. They have so many offerings it will take you awhile to decide. They even have many different types of fries! Service is great and the staff are extremely friendly. They go out of their way to take care of you.... More

I searched for a restaurant in Palm Desert and Grill-A-Burger was first one to pop up. Read all reviews and decided to give a try - I'm so glad we went to the restaurant. They have Gluten Free buns for small fee, 30 different burgers, fantastic price less than $10 for most of them.....overall great selection. Burgers are just as... More

My most favorite burgers are at Grill-A-Burger in Palm Desert and anytime we're in the area, we gotta go there! They have about 30 different burgers, and some excellent non-burger choices. (You gotta love the creative naming of their foods) Don't forget to share their 50/50 onion rings and fries...the onion rings are to die for!

Stopping for the night in Palm Desert on our way to Phoenix, we decided to rely on Tripadvisor for dinner recommendations. Grill-a-Burger was number one on the list - the reviews looked good, and the menu looked great. Not surprisingly, we had a great dinner. My Burger was cooked perfectly, topped with all the fixins that I asked for. My... More

The buns were the best and softest buns, bacon was crispy and cooked to perfection...it actually belonged on a burger. I give the customer satisfactory 5 stars because the employees actually pay attention here. Not to mention the fact that we were there at the height of lunch hour and got our food less than 10 minutes after we ordered.... More
