With a British boyfriend, we are always on the lookout for good fish & chips. We love this little hole-in-the-wall place with it's authentic fish (shrimp, scallops, etc.) & chips, English & Irish beers (and ciders). No TV's so it's quiet unlike so many sports bars these days. Limited seating, cash only - but that just adds to the coziness.

If English/Irish beers are your thing, this is a great place to enjoy the beers of all beers on tap. Selection is wonderful. Fish and chips and almost every other combo of that UK tradition is delicious here, with great sized fish and chips that would satisfy the most hungry diner. Ask for their homemade tartar sauce -- a definite... More

Fish and chips are amazing. Ambiance is perfect. Service is top notch. England theme but fish and chips are 10 times better than anything you'll get in England. Batter is crispy. I always order my fries extra crispy, & I recommend you do the same. They were cooked to perfection. I even tried the crab cake. the server acknowledged that... More

Best Fish & Chips I've had since England! Small place, we lucked out getting a place to sit! They told us sometimes the line is out the door!

Camelot has the distinction of being my childhood fish & chip shop, but I don't think I'm overly biased. The shop is decorated with English memorabilia to set the mood, but it's the fish that makes it worth coming to this tiny cash-only restaurant. We'll seasoned and perfectly battered, it's simply delicious. Chips are very good as well, better by... More

I had enjoyed Camelot's fish and chips so much dining-in that we decided to get a couple orders to go one busy night. The fish and chips are wrapped so tightly in paper that by the time I got home to Linda Mar everything had congealed into one big blob. When I tried to unwrap it even the batter peeled... More

That batter is light, crisp, refreshing and tasty, not like the overly-thick, doughy stuff other places serve. The fish inside is just plain juicy, lively and fulfilling. The potato chips are just right. The food comes out piping hot and not half-warmed and half-forgotten. The service is sharp if minimalistic. The price is right. My fish and chips and Guinness... Great snack or meal after enjoying coastal drive in hway1 from San Francisco to Pacifica. They finally have a regular schedule so it is easier to drop by and grab a table (small place) and usually fill-up during dinner time. They use pollock in light batter and malt vinegar and the rootbeer is served with cold glass. Suggest calling in... More

Well done fish and chips...cooked to order and very hot. Be warned this is a cash only business...ATM just outside if you need it. No ice in the drinks but served in chilled glasses. canned cokes, beer and wine choices. Overall good food and service.
