Great wine list and fabulous Tapas style menu. We visited mid week and had dinner and drinks. So glad we did. Charming staff, good wine, great food. Music at weekends and fabulous desserts. Very special place.

I didn't get the chance to spend an evening with wine and music here as I'd hoped to. Had to fly out too soon. But I stopped in on my first day, and the staff (proprietors?) were kind enough to lend me two wine glasses with my wine purchase, knowing I had nothing but plastic cups in my nearby hotel... More

We stopped at a grape in the fog to grab a snack before dinner. The wine selection was not extensive, but well curated. The petit shirah I got recommended by the staff hit the spot perfectly. However, the big highlight were the cold cuts & cheese, as well as the green olive tapenade. I have had olive tapenade before, but... More

We only spent about an hour here, it was late, but the staff was very friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was warm and cozy, and the wine was good. Nice place to spend some time and drink some wine!

If your staying in Pacifica you are limited for choice and I found this place by accident. Its well worth a visit. I had a great couple of hours sampling red wine there was quite a good selection at reasonable prices. The place has a nice laid back atmosphere and we were well looked after by the staff. I have... Last time we went was on a Friday night when a nice lady was playing fun Brazilian music. We drank some great wine and enjoyed the music. They have a small variety of food. We usually end up with a cheese plate. It is very close to the beach at Rockaway, so we took a walk after. You have to... More

Went here on a Saturday afternoon. The place wasn't very busy so we had a nice table next to the window. There is only the view of the street and the tire store(?) across the way, so it wasn't much to look at. We were told it was happy hour, and that wine was $5 but when we got the bill... More

We stopped here after getting married to relax and make plans for the weekend. It truly was a great end to our very special day. The atmosphere was relaxed, service was friendly and knowledgeable, and the conversation with local folks was wonderful!! The owner celebrated our special day with a complimentary glass of amazing Lliquid Sky Cabernet. We will make... More

If you are anywhere near Pacifica, enjoy good wine, and a relaxing atmosphere, then please go to A Grape in the Fog. During my visit, I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and another staff member, and both were very friendly and knowledgeable. This place has a good, well structured wine and beer selection, both domestic (mostly CA) and... More
