Great little sandwich shop

My philly beef sandwich was wonderful. Very hot with super fresh multiple colored peppers grilled together. Came with salad and fries. Good sandwich. Recommend for lunch. The breakfast menu looked good as well.

I went here for a dinner (sallad and a lobster pasta). Very good and friendly service but the food I had was not worth the price, the pasta was possibly prefab. The ambiance was very nice though and the place made you really feel at home.

We had a breakfast there one morning while doing our laundry just down the street. We liked the meal so much we returned a few days later for more. It is easy to find, good parking, lots of windows and the decor suggests its name - Victorian. Food was plentiful and well prepared. We would have had dinner there but... More

On the main street in Pacific Grove, based in an old Victorian building, this small café/restaurant offers a good range of sandwiches, salads and other dishes. Portions are sizeable and the food wholesome; quality and prices are reasonable.

We've had lunches here a number of times over the years and the place always seems to be a bit better each time we return. The menu is appealing and the food is excellent . . . fresh and artfully served. Good coffee, great service and a well lit and casual setting top it all off.

My wife and I eat (mostly breakfasts) at the Victorian Corner in Pacific Grove often. We feel it is the best in Pacific Grove. My favorite is salmon eggs Benedict. The salmon used is caught by owner Paul Aliotti during his annual fishing (from his own boat) in Alaskan waters. The service is fast, efficient and friendly. We are on... More

The window view where you can see all and all can see you. Great food, wonderful ambiance, efficient staff. And it wasn't all that expensive.

Since my family began going to Pacific Grove in 2002, this is one of our old favorites. Comfortable, unpretentious, consistent food quality, great service, terrific owners! It's an easy place to take kids and they have lots of interesting historical PG pictures on the walls. Plenty of street parking and a public lot very close by. When we visit grandma,... More

This is a family place in the third generation of family. Our only disappointment was that we didn't see the specials board in time to order from it, and our waitress didn't call our attention to the specials. The service was friendly and efficient, and the food good. But it's the atmosphere that really makes it; you feel _welcome_ here.

I ate there twice but only because of the convenience. Both meals were okay but nothing that great. The portions are definitely large, but it wasn't so good that I wanted to take any with me. I felt the items were overpriced. The waitresses were very good and very nice.
