Very good vibe here. Many people seem to know each other and the staff give a warm welcome to both regulars and visitors. The brightly colored art made for a cheery dining room. I enjoyed the orange margarita and there is a good selection of beer and wine. There are many good seafood items on the menu. The snapper was... More

we did have a reservation and walked by many who were biding their time. This is not a typical Americanize Mexican restaurant. No white or yellow cheese for the chips. The drinks are very good a little small perhaps and a little expensive the orange margarita was very tasty the other drinks were very good also the cimarron and the... More

The 4 of us visited Peppers on a Saturday night with no reservation. We decided to gut out the quoted 45 minute wait, which ended up being 10 minutes. The mushroom, calamari and grilled pepper appetizers were fantastic, as we're our Swordfish fajitas. Out of the appetizers, I'd say the pepper was the best. Service excellent, pricing very fair. Go.

I had a delicious mahi mahi salad that was light and flavorful. My friend had a chile relleno and two sides and it was huge. She took half of it home. The other friend had a chicken fajita salad and she said it was good. The service was fast and they were attentive. The down side is the seating which... More

Pacific Grove locals know PEPPERS well. Locally owned and the owner always there working. Food is good. Always friendly service. One caveat: It can get noisy in here. Not a great spot for an intimate dinner, but fantastic spot for friends to get together.

A favorite with the locals for good food and great atmosphere. Friendly bar staff that makes any wait you have enjoyable. And during the week a single lady can enjoy a good meal with friendly service. Some traditional selections, but also many unusual delicious choices as well.

Small space, popular spot, great food and local favorite. Food is great and a good selection. Some traditional Mexican plates to dishes with a creative spin but always good. I would recommend reservations or it will be difficult to get a table.

It was packed on the Saturday night that we visited and the wait was over an hour. We had the time so we walked around Pacific Grove, had a drink and came back in time to be seated. The service was absolutely stellar. The drink orders were taken quickly and the chips and salsa kept coming without prompting. I'm picky... More

Actually, I don't like the food here because across the board it has onions - which I hate, and last I checked, they pre-cook their meat with onions. But everyone else I know thinks this is fabulous. We did take out last night, which we called in, gave the time we would be there to pick it up, and it... More
