Delicious

I had a delicious mahi mahi salad that was light and flavorful. My friend had a chile relleno and two sides and it was huge. She took half of it home. The other friend had a chicken fajita salad and she said it was good. The service was fast and they were attentive. The down side is the seating... read more

Pacific Grove locals know PEPPERS well. Locally owned and the owner always there working. Food is good. Always friendly service. One caveat: It can get noisy in here. Not a great spot for an intimate dinner, but fantastic spot for friends to get together.

A favorite with the locals for good food and great atmosphere. Friendly bar staff that makes any wait you have enjoyable. And during the week a single lady can enjoy a good meal with friendly service. Some traditional selections, but also many unusual delicious choices as well.

Small space, popular spot, great food and local favorite. Food is great and a good selection. Some traditional Mexican plates to dishes with a creative spin but always good. I would recommend reservations or it will be difficult to get a table.

It was packed on the Saturday night that we visited and the wait was over an hour. We had the time so we walked around Pacific Grove, had a drink and came back in time to be seated. The service was absolutely stellar. The drink orders were taken quickly and the chips and salsa kept coming without prompting. I'm picky... More

Actually, I don't like the food here because across the board it has onions - which I hate, and last I checked, they pre-cook their meat with onions. But everyone else I know thinks this is fabulous. We did take out last night, which we called in, gave the time we would be there to pick it up, and it... More

The food was fresh and delicious. It was packed on a weekday night with locals. The place to go for incredible Mexican food.

On a recent trip to Pacific Grove, Peppers was recommended by the front desk at a nearby B and B. The wait was short, and the drinks were good, but the food, at least what my wife and I ordered was bland. They tout themselves as being Mexican Fusion...fused with what is the mystery here. I had the Mexican curry... More

This is a local's place - great Mexican food and local flavor. Only problem is it's so popular you've got to get there by 5:30-6 in order to avoid a 30min-1 hour wait. Would a visit.

As the name suggests, it is a celebration of peppers, both with food and decor. Service was very good - attended to us right away. Salsa was moderately spicy with good chips. Had 2 chicken enchiladas a la carte, which had some absolutely tasty chicken with a delicious sauce. Turned out to be plenty of food. Talking gets a bit... More
