Wonderful, cute cafe in the heart of PG!

We love Joe Rombi's - the perfect spot for a quick and easy meal (we loved splitting a pizza and a salad), but their real secret is their amazing lattes, made with Acme espresso and steamed to perfection. Met pals here for early morning coffee and muffins. Coffee is from ACME - the best beans on the Peninsula. Baked goods are incredible, obviously made with lots of love.

Very informal - you stand at the register to order, then the food is brought to your table. Nice place for a dinner and a glass of wine.

What an impressive place! Was in town for a girl's weekend and this place was recommended. We not only had a great meal (appetizers, dinner, wine & dessert), but really good service. The owners are very engaged with the customers which makes each person feel important. I'll definitely stop by here again at next visit.

I have a family reunion each year in Pacific Grove (I now reside in Oregon). Family, golf and great food. This past July we dined at Joe Rombi's and every meal ordered at our table (eight discriminating palates) was absolutely fabulous. From pasta to salmon to steak everyone wanted to try everyone's meal. So I guess I could tell you... More

We came across this restaurant by accident, looking for somewhere to eat that seemed to be relaxed and welcoming. The food was definitely freshly cooked, tasty and ample portions. Easy going service, you choose your own table and go up to the counter when ready to order. Service was quick and friendly. Definitely recommend this for all age groups.

Opening at 6:30am til 9pm, It is just half a block off the main drag of town (Lighthouse Ave), and serves up homemade pizza, lasagna, ravioli, meatballs, panini sandabs and other Italian specialties and vegetarian fare. The small quaint place is owned by Joe Rombi, who's famous... More

This place was recommended by a local when we told her we wanted an early dinner that wouldn't require a change of clothes or a reservation. This fit the bill nicely; it's a casual place in an old house off the main drag in Pacific Grove, with a limited menu (pizza, pasta, panninis, salad, a bit of local seafood). You... More
