I doubt you will find a better pizza

Excellent quality ingredients. Well thought out balance of flavors. This is the place you want to go to if you care about how your pizza tastes. If you think pizza is just pizza, don't go here. It is wasted on you. If you think Little Caesar and Domino's are acceptable forms of pizza, don't go... read more

As we wandered around Pacific Grove one Sunday night looking for a place to eat supper, we found La Piccola Casa. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. My niece and I had Roma panini - tomato, mozzarella, and basil and a salad with a delicious homemade dressing (blue cheese) - $8.95. I took half of the panini and salad... More

My wife had a calamari burger...FRESH FRESH FRESH! My girls had two slices of pepperoni pizza that they enjoyed. I had the soup of the day, which happened to be an amazing bowl of Red bean soup. We love this place and I'm glad my wife chose to eat here as we were walking on one of the side streets.

On a weekday afternoon, we did takeout pizza. This place is located just a block off Lighthouse Ave, the "main drag" of Pacific Grove. The pizzas are sized for one person, so we had 3 to feed 2 hungry adults. They were ready in about 10 minutes. We tried the vegi, the margarita, and the wild mushroom. The wild mushroom... More

This place is coffee-shop quaint with a casual vibe and good, reasonably priced Italian food. You order at the counter and get your own water, utencils, etc. Very casual and easy to take kids. Fun, cozy, and different!

The food is straightforward - pizza and pasta -- and is good. This is not a place for atmosphere, as you place your order at a counter and then sit down with a number at your table. But for a solo traveler looking for a nice Italian pasta meal and glass of wine, this is your place!

Recently traveled from the Valley to a family party, stopped to pick up some Lasagna and sauce to take. It was fresh and delicious, and the sauce is yummy!

We love Pacific Grove and EVERY time we visit we go to Joe Rombi's. They have the best calamari appetizer, generous portions, and great atmosphere. The new owner is extremely friendly and warms the environment beautifully. Will be there Saturday night! Cannot wait to return.

We were not in the mood for a fancy sit-down-wait-for-table-service-then-overpay sort of dinner. This comfy nicely-appointed small eatery fit the bill: excellent food, order at the counter, served at your table. Perfect.
