good for seafood and non seafood. Nice presentation, portion size not too big, not too small. Great service.

Don't laugh, but you go to a restaurant called "Passionfish" and you order duck and lamb it could be you're fault. OMG, it was amazing. The 12 hour lamb and duck confit were just incredible. The service was incredible and the presentation was outstanding. Thanks to all of you, your reviews were most appreciated.

The food is exceptional. Seating is comfortable and the room acoustics allow comfortable conversation. Service attentive. Prices are very good. This is a real value option for unusually well prepared food.

Our favorite restaurant in the Monterey Bay area. Not a bargain, but a good value. Quality ingredients, mostly local, are prepared creatively under the direction of the owner/chef and are presented attractively. The wine list is extensive with prices described as close to retail. Service is consistently first class.

We had another fabulous dinner at Passionfish last weekend. I had a Maine Lobster Tail shelled and cook perfectly on a bed of parsnip (and apple?) puree. That followed a butternut squash soup that was perfectly balanced with a garnish of roasted pecans and creme fresh. The whole experience from working with the hostess on a table move to a... More

I really can't say anything better or more original than that which has already been said about Passionfish. What I can say is that the service was superb, the food was the best we've had in the area, and I would recommend booking a table in advance (via OpenTable).

Located in what appears to be a suite in an office building the interior is long and very narrow. We had made a reservation so we got in right away, while there seemed to be others waiting, so it is popular. The fish was fresh and the menu varied. Prepared well and very tasteful. Prices were a little higher than... More

Our large group had dinner here on New Year's Eve. I made the reservation just a few weeks in advance and they were able to accommodate our large group for the late seating. We were seated immediately upon arrival. The restaurant/decor is beautiful and laid out well. Our server couldn't have been better, super friendly and very attentive. Everyone loved... More
