Despite the faded exterior, the inside is bright and fresh. As we were lead to our table, we saw someone making the tortillas! We had the fresh guacamole, made at our table, exactly how we wanted it. Hubby had something (can't remember what it's called) that was like ceviche sushi on cucumbers with jalapenos etc. The presentation was beautiful, and... More

This is my second trip here and have great service and great meals on both occasions. Wait staff was very attentive, salsa was down right addicting. Everything was fresh and I ordered a chipotle burrito that was fantastic and huge.My partner had the fish tacos and he said they were fresh and great tasting.

Unsure about the ratings for this place. Took my family there after reading reviews on trip advisor. Near a car lot, not very fancy but we only care about the food. Just wanted some mexican food like fajitas, bean burrito, etc.. Didnt have white cheese sauce we could order for chips. is this east coast only?. Brought out some cheese... More

The marguerites come in large beautiful mexican blue and clear glass. Very good. Crowded the day we went with plenty of staff waiting tables. But the dish I ordered was less than great. It was a pork and beef dish (can't remember the name) and expected great food. Not really. I will give it another try, just ordered the wrong... More

This restaurant doesn't appear like a great restaurant, but you will be surprised ! Family atmosphere, gathers to the locals, which is a good sign ! We had a fantastic plate of red snapper cooked on the grill and served in Mexican style. Friendly and efficient service. A must if you pass in this area.

Just south of downtown. Not fabulous at first glance but try it anyway. Long established and highly rated. Warm welcome. Lively cantina for the adults. Mucho tequila flows. Old 70's style dining room with windows to the busy street. Very family friendly. Outstanding service.Tasty 'homestyle' cuisine. Tacos, enchiladas, etc., but try the seafood specialties. Table-side guacamole not to be missed.... More

First visit after reading reviews thought this would be a good restaurant. I didn't think it looked all that clean and it had an off odor. Then chips and salsa were delivered and there was a hair from the salsa on my chip - end of eating chips!! We didn't order seafood and that may be their specialty but what... More

Pasquale was so friendly. They make fresh guacamole table side and you pick ingredients like onion, tomato, peppers, cilantro. Generous Cabo marguerita in a shaker. Fun place, good prices.

Generally their Mexican food is above average. Their mojarra and fish tacos are above average. The menudo is exceptional, although the portion they serve is a little skimpy. Included in your meal includes hand made corn tortillas...yummy. Service is quick and friendly. Worth a trip when you crave Mexican food.
