Needing to add some pounds I wanted lobster for lunch. Seemed decadent to me. I told the waitress I wanted lobster. She pointed out the special that was beer basted. It was actually soaking in beer. You couldn't taste any of the food. I sent it back. I wanted Lobster. She pointed to two pictures one of a large lobster... More

Took my dad here for lunch. The atmosphere is great, and the food is always tasty. The staff at this restaurant were extremely friendly and they were very attentive. A great dining experience

We stopping for lunch on a weekday and were seated quickly. Service was prompt and genial. Food good, but not great. For a chain restaurant, they do a good job. You don't go expecting a Michelin star.

What can I say, we passed by here for lunch, good food, love the cheddar biscuits, no real wait around that time everything came out promptly. I have to confess never had lobster at red lobster. For some reason it never seemed attractive to do so. Strange.

The service was excellent, the restaurant was clean and the food was served hot and to perfection. The crab legs were moist and delicious. The salad came to my specifications and was crispy with just the right amount of dressing. I'll do it again.

My wife had a $25 gifted card we needed to use on our vacation to the Ventura area so we looked up the address on the internet. It was raining when my wife and I arrived. They greeted us at our car with a huge umbrella and escorted us to the door. Every staff member we came in contact with... More

Seafood was all rubber...even the lobster! Salad not washed, forgot the crab legs, and got charged too much. The biscuits were warm and my trout was good...wished there was more rice, than just a couple of Tbsp's. Pizza was dry, and no one offered more wine. The server was nice and helpful, though. Going to the beach next time, for local seafood.

The biscuits were great as usual. The endless shrimp ended after the first serving. Our server Jo never brought another, said she thought someone else had. My honey's Admiral's Feast was severely over cooked. He said it reminded him of a TV dinner. Thank goodness the company was great because the food wasn't!

Food ok, environment good however, servers and bussers very inattentive. Had to ask 3 different times to bring condiments and forgotten. Plus server used right words but very rushed manner, speaking very fast and moving away from you before finishing her sentence. Original server never checked back to table until bringing check. Unfortunately, did not feel welcome and did not... More
