yummy fresh fish!

After eating at some so so restaurants in the Oxnard area on a weekend trip, we discovered this place. Yummo, order at the counter and they bring your food to you, not fancy but super fresh and yummy.

Double store front in Sea Bridge Shopping Center located on the channel. Restaurant is clean and food is excellent. No real atmosphere but the food and reasonable prices make up for it. Good sized portions and the folks that run it are family. They have several boats and catch a lot of the fish they serve. You order at counter... More

Loved the clam chowder and onion rings. Fried cod was a bit heavy on the batter, overdone and dry. Others liked it more and the place is obviously very popular. Service was cheerful and efficient, and yet the atmosphere was relaxed. Kind of fast food. Order and get a number - they bring it to the table. Bus your own... More

Maybe it was because it was near closing time when we visited this restaurant but we were not at all impressed. Apart from the staff cleaning the floors around us as we eat we thought the meal was poor. I had the captains combo and my wife had crab cakes. To be perfectly honest if I had been blindfolded I... This is a very casual, but good restaurant. It appears that the locals visit it. The menu was varied and everything we ate was good.

A local told us about this place a few years ago. Whenever we go to the Ventura swapmeet we always come here for lunch. Good quality of fresh seafood. Best chowder ever. You would pay more around the pier then this place. Located in a shopping mall. Highly recommended.

Tried this because of the trip advisor reviews. Fantastic, I loved the casual dinning experience. Yes the plates are a bit small and of course being in America there wasn't a knife but you know what it was all for the good experience. I had the Red Snapper grilled and glad because my husband had the fried fish combo and... More

Not much on decor, BUT the very freshest fish caught daily by the owners and prepared to order. Price reasonably considering quality and marina location. Eat in, take out. Come by boat, even. Fish sandwiches and tacos, salad, plate meals. great chowder. Captain's Platter a favorite. Generous portions on all orders.

This restaurant reminded me of seafood restaurants in New England, where you preorder, pay and staff brings your order to the table. The staff and food was very good, really fresh Salmon and lobster roll. The only issue was the plastic forks and too small to go plates that crowded this fine meal.

We were looking for a seafood restaurant for dinner and found Fisherman's Catch reviewed on Trip Advisor. My husband ordered the crab cakes but they had just run out so he had to order something else. The cashier noticed my husband's disappointment when told of the crab cake shortage. While we were eating outside enjoying the view of the marina,... More
