This is definitely a higher end lunch place not for the thrifty. Smaller portions served very unique!
My husband and I were visiting and wanted to have a delicious breakfast. We got to Bird Street Cafe around lunch time but luckily they were still serving breakfast. The place was clean but small with oversized tables. The food was great. I loved the potatoes served with breakfast because it was cooked different. The toast and bacon were great... More
Wanting a breakfast in Oroville we checked Trip Advisor. The Bird Street Cafe stood out in the reviews. The menu was on-line & looked good. When you walk in you're immediately taken by the quality of decor, the place reminds you of home rather than a food institution. Staff is very friendly. Food was well prepared & we got just... More
I eat here frequently and am constantly extremely pleased with both the food and service, The Valentine's Day special was truly fantastic.

The menu seems a bit limited but again it's probably... More

Well here is Oroville's good restaurant! I am a caterer so I know fresh, tasty cuisine. The service could have not been better and prices are spot on... More

Today I had the Turkey Cranberry Arugula toasted sandwich. There were 4 issues with the plate: 1.No Arugula on the sandwich and no info to inform the... More
I visited this restaurant on the recommendation of a friend. I was not disappointed. The restaurant is within what I would call a Western, Victorian era brick building. The ceilings were high and the front window covered the width of the building. The restaurant staff were friendly, efficient and attentive. The food was excellent. I had a clam chowder, followed...
