Very good food. We mostly get take out but have eaten at the restaurant a few times. Before Uncle Ping's came to town the only other place to get Chinese food was Tong Fong Lows, which is good enough, but since they opened a restaurant in Chico I feel their food has really gone downhill. Uncle Ping's is our first... More

The owner's son is completely rude and knows nothing about providing great service. My sons needed to wash there hands they told us they don't have bathrooms and that we have to use the porter potties across the street, it was about 8:30 at night... SERIOUSLY! That's crazy! A restaurant with no bathroom. Also after i paid my $50+ bill... More

Uncle Ping's is one of the better Chinese fast food joints in Butte Co. You got to try the salt & pepper pork chops. The lunch time steam table is great and the price is right! Been visiting Uncle pings since they opened last year.

If you want some good Chinese food you HAVE to visit Uncle Pings. It is a smaller type restaurant, but it is so worth it. Lunch is 2 sides and a main for like $6. The food has excellent flavor and the staff is amazing! They are so friendly, they make you feel right at home. The chow mien is... More

Food was good overall but the rice was dry like it had been left out or was from the day before. Probably the best Asian food in Oroville. Service is average.

The food was fantastic. You must try the house made wonton's – made fresh in the kitchen. Flavors reminded me of PF Changs. I could tell that the veggies were fresh and crisp. We spent $25.00 total for two entrées, a large plate of fried rice, and one starter to share, and drinks. The service was great. You could tell... More

I found their produce to be very fresh and not over cooked. I hate soft and soggy stir fry! Their menu has a great variety and I feel appropriately priced. I am a fan of egg foo young and their shrimp version is fantastic. If you have a special diet restriction they are very accomodating. I have introduced many friends... More
