I love the different varieties of Japanese seafood that the restaurant serves. I love pen shell and the chicken gizzard fish. The use of yuzu and sea salt really brings out the taste of the fish. No need to drown them in shoyu and wasabi. This is place to belly up to the sushi bar and enjoy! more

Consider me spoiled now. I can not top this place in regards to sushi. Chige, the owner/head sushi chef gets many Japanese fish for sushi that aren't common such as black cod, grunt fish, needle fish, pen shell scallop, and the list goes on. With his specially seasoned rice with yuzu, he requests you not use soy sauce. And there... more
