The Auld Dubliner Irish Pub was created to bring the spirit of a traditional Irish pub to the beautiful Sierra Mountains of California. With its dark wooden floors and authentic decor, the Auld Dubliner has the feel of a village pub in rural Ireland. It brings to life a culture of hearty food and drink, good music, warm hospitality, and friendly banter. We offer authentic Irish Fayre and American classics, with a menu selection ranging from Shepherd's Pie or Fish & Chips to our perfectly seared Ahi Tuna Salad. Appetizers, sandwiches, and burgers round out the menu, featuring Boar's Head premium sandwich meats and Painted Hills all natural grass-fed beef. Our new breakfast menu is sure to satisfy your hunger before you hit the slopes at world-class Squaw Valley Ski Resort. At the Auld Dubliner, we pour the "perfect pint" in 20-oz. Imperial pint glasses. You won't find a better Guinness on draught! We also feature Harp and Smithwicks on tap, as well as a huge selection of spirits and whiskeys, including Jameson, Bushmill's and Midleton Irish. Love the Irish stew. Hearty and rich. Great bar with a slew of different Irish wiskies. Guinness on tap as well as special local brews. Good wings and appetizers. Nice patio for laying back and taking in the view of Squaw Mountain.

Two years ago this month we were in Ireland, so when we saw this place we had to try it. The boxy was not authentic at all, but had good flavor. It could've used more meat, but it had plenty of veggies. The Shephard's Pie was amazing, so flavorful. My husband enjoyed some hard to find Irish whiskey.

Very nice pub in a great location, possibly it was just our server. She was less than friendly, not very attentive for an average night, and when we split the bill with another couple, she billed our friends card twice (1/2 ea time)and did not bill our card, this we did not discover until we got home. Prices were a... More

This rustic Irish pub is always busy and very popular obviously. Being where it is located in the middle of Squaw Valley village,we didn't expect much. We were surprised at the great menu, sliders were FAB and friendly wait staff. Highly recommend for good value and good food.

Good food, good atmosphere.I had the Reuben sandwich, grilled corn beef bread was a bit too crispy though.I had the Reuben sandwich, great corned beef, bread was a bit too crispy though. The kids ordered mac & cheese. It was obviously straight out of a box. The bar was lively and the people there seem really fun and happy. The... More

Have eaten here many times. Great savory Irish beef stew. However the secret item on menu is the seared ahi tacos. Probably have ordered these 20 times in last 2 years. Always fresh ahi with pesto sauce and always delicious. Best deal in Squaw Valley at 8 bucks, healthy too

We are staying close by, and came across The Auld Dubliner; an Irish Pub, for dinner. Located in Squaw Valley in the Olympic Village. I had their Shepherds Pie, which was very good. My wife had fish and chip. It also was very good, however a little oily. Very good beer selection, and a varied menu. Yes, I would recommend... More

Stopped in one afternoon to watch basketball and grab a pint then came back the next day for lunch. Burger and fries were tasty, service and staff friendly and effecient. Grab a seat at the window and people watch if you aren't skiing!

We had a late lunch here that happened to coincide with their Happy Hour. We had $5 fish tacos and Irish nachos! Both were great. Cheapest meal on our trip and one of the best!

We didn't eat here, so can't review this for the food. Although, what we did see come out of the kitchen looked amazing!! But, we just stopped here on a couple occasions for some apres ski beers. Busy place, lots of locals, not a huge barroom for seating. Atmosphere could be fun if we knew anyone, or if the bartenders... More
